A WiFi data transmission system is provided. The transmission system is in a mesh-tree topology and includes a router and nodes connected to the router via a root node. A node of the nodes includes a station (STA) interface, a soft access point (AP) interface, a bridge interface, and a forwarding database (FDB), for example. Upon receiving a data frame by the node, the bridge interface of the node may search the FDB using information of the data frame for a latest data record to determine an outgoing interface address of the outgoing node so as to guide an outgoing path for the data frame. The structure of transmission system can lead to an improved adaptability and communications efficiency, and a reduced resource consumption.

A fetch process for a computing system is described herein. The computing system comprises a non-transitory memory. In the non-transitory memory, instructions are stored in Cycle-Redundancy Blocks (CRC blocks). Each of these CRC blocks comprises a first CRC code associated with the instructions stored in the CRC block. During a fetch process, the computing system generates a second CRC code based on the instructions stored in the CRC block and compares the second CRC code with the first CRC code to ascertain the success of the fetch process.

The method may include determining that a system-on-chip (SoC) is under a sleep mode; determining that a wake-up condition is met; calculating a second authentication key based on data stored in a flash memory of the SoC using a cryptographic algorithm; comparing the second authentication key with a first authentication key, wherein the first authentication key is associated with a secure boot of the SoC and obtained from an Always On (AON) memory of the SoC; and in response to a comparison result that the first authentication key is the same as the second authentication key, waking the SoC up from the sleep mode.

A method for resisting fault injection attacks during secure boot is provided. The method may include: performing a secure check on a System-on-Chip (SoC), wherein one or more pre-determined values are written on one or more bits of a first register of the SoC during the secure check; reading one or more corresponding bits of a second register of the SoC; and comparing the values of the one or more bits of the second register with the values of the one or more corresponding bits of the first register. In response to a comparison result that the values of the one or more bits of the second register are the same as the values of the one or more corresponding bits of the first register, the SoC is booted.

Method for resisting fault injection attacks in secure boot

Systems, methods, and devices for generating an alert responsive to a specific value from a sensor of a wearable device connected to a home automation system or a security system are provided. Some methods can include a control panel receiving an alert message from a wearable device indicative of an ambient condition at a current location of the wearable device, and the control panel automatically adjusting a respective output of one or more connected devices with a respective location proximate the current location of the wearable device.
