The present application discloses a tray and a method for using same, and a battery production apparatus. The tray may be configured to carry a battery cell. The tray may include a tray body and a plurality of pressing bodies. The plurality of pressing bodies may be arranged at intervals in a first direction. The pressing bodies may be arranged on the tray body, the battery cell may be placed between two adjacent pressing bodies, each of the pressing bodies may be provided with a flexible pressing portion, and the flexible pressing portion may be configured to be in contact with the battery cell so as to press the battery cell.

Tray and method for using same, and battery production apparatus

This application relates to the field of battery manufacturing technologies and provides a battery formation and grading device including: a box having an accommodating space; a temperature control apparatus, provided on the box, including a semiconductor cooling sheet, where two opposite sides of the semiconductor cooling sheet are configured as a cooling surface and a heating surface, the cooling surface being arranged facing the inside of the box and the heating surface being arranged facing the outside of the box. The technical solution of this application improves the efficiency of temperature control inside the battery formation and grading device and reduces the cost of temperature control.

Battery formation and grading device

Embodiments of this application relate to the field of power source control technologies, and disclose a control system and a charging and discharging control system. The control system includes a control circuit and an intermediate computer, where the control circuit includes a pressure sensor, a piezoelectric valve, and a controller; the pressure sensor is configured to collect pressure information; the controller is configured to receive the pressure information collected by the pressure sensor and transmit the pressure information to an intermediate computer; the intermediate computer is configured to transmit the pressure information to an upper computer, receive a preset pressure value generated by the upper computer based on the pressure information, and transmit the preset pressure value to the controller; and the controller is further configured to control the piezoelectric valve based on the preset pressure value.

Control system and charge and discharge control system

A standing device for letting a battery cell stand includes: a pressure regulating apparatus; a standing cavity; a charging cavity, connected to a first end of the standing cavity, the charging cavity being connected to the pressure regulating apparatus; a conveying apparatus, penetratingly disposed in the standing cavity and the charging cavity and configured to convey the battery cell; and a charging cavity sealing gate, disposed between the charging cavity and the standing cavity, the charging cavity sealing gate being configured to be opened when the pressure in the charging cavity rises to the pressure in the standing cavity, so that the battery cell is conveyed to the standing cavity.

Standing device

Disclosed are a pallet configured to bear a battery cell. The pallet includes an external fixing rack and a plurality of supporting beams. A mounting space is formed inside the external fixing rack. The plurality of supporting beams are disposed in the mounting space. The plurality of supporting beams are arranged along a first direction. The plurality of supporting beams are connected to the external fixing rack separately. At least two of the supporting beams are spaced apart. The plurality of supporting beams are configured to bear the battery cell.

Pallet and battery restraint apparatus

Provided are a test assembly and a test tooling, including: interfaces, where one end of the interface is configured to connect a device under test, and the interfaces include a first interface and a second interface; a first three-way valve, where the first three-way valve includes a first cut-in valve, a first vent valve, and a first test valve, another end of the first interface is connected to the first cut-in valve, and the first vent valve lets in atmospheric air and is able to open and close; a second three-way valve, where the second three-way valve includes a second cut-in valve, a second vent valve, and a second test valve, another end of the second interface is connected to the second cut-in valve, and the second vent valve lets in atmospheric air and is able to open and close; and a manifold.

Test assembly and test tooling

The present disclosure provides a liquid injection device, including a conveying mechanism, a weighing mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a guide mechanism. The weighing mechanism is positioned below the conveying mechanism. The lifting mechanism is configured to transfer a battery on the conveying mechanism to the weighing mechanism. The guide mechanism includes a first guide plate, a second guide plate and a power member. A distance between the second guide plate and the first guide plate may be adjusted through the power member, so that the liquid injection device may be compatible with batteries with different models. It is unnecessary to perform model change operation when the battery is changed, thus improving production efficiency.
