A method is provided for processing a dual-energy CT scan image, which includes filtering the pixels in a dual-energy CT scan image to obtain pixels to be grouped; grouping the pixels to be grouped into a plurality of pixel groups based on the positions of the pixels to be grouped in the dual-energy CT scan image; performing material decomposition on the pixels in each pixel group; and determining the object corresponding to each pixel group based on the results of material decomposition. By using the method, the scan time and the X-ray dose radiated to a target (e.g., a user to be diagnosed) are reduced.

Object identification method in dual-energy CT scan images

The present invention relates to a method for identifying calcification portions in a dual energy CT contrast agent enhanced scanning image, the method including: filtering the pixels in the dual energy CT contrast agent enhanced scanning image to acquire pixels to be grouped; grouping the pixels to be grouped in a plurality of pixel groups according to the positions of the pixels to be grouped in the dual energy CT contrast agent enhanced scanning image; material-decomposing the pixels in each pixel group; and determining the pixels corresponding to the calcification portions in the plurality of pixel groups according to the result of the material-decomposing. Therefore, the calcification portions can be identified accurately.

Method for identifying calcification portions in dual energy CT contrast agent enhanced scanning image

A system of medical imaging including a marking module, a classifying module, a region-of-interest determining module, a curve acquiring module and a delay calculating module. The marking module is used for marking one or more feature regions from pre-scanned images; the classifying module is used for classifying the feature regions by using a classification algorithm model; the region-of-interest determining module is used for selecting a feature region of the same type as a specific diagnostic tissue as a region of interest; the curve acquiring module is used for acquiring a curve of CT values of the region of interest in function of time, based on a relationship between the CT values and scanning time points; the delay calculating module is used for detecting a peak value of the curve and calculating a scan delay time based on a time point corresponding to the peak value.
