A multi-scale prediction method for an ablation behavior of a hypersonic aircraft heat resistant structure, includes inputting hypersonic inflow far field boundary conditions into a macro CFD solver to perform numerical simulation of the external flow field of a hypersonic aircraft; extracting the mass fraction and temperature distribution of wall surface components; obtaining an msd.txt file and an atomic path file recording the mean square displacement data through a micro RMD solver; obtaining the ratio of mass loss rate to material density, namely, the ablation retreating rate using the MSD method and Fick's law; inputting it into a CFD solver for performing grid reconstruction and transient calculation to obtain the transient variation in the external flow field of a hypersonic aircraft along the ablation retreating of the aircraft wall surface.

Multi-scale method for high-temperature structure ablation prediction of hypersonic vehicles

A nuclear reactor includes a reactor container, a reactor core, a control drum assembly, a hot channel, a heat exchanger and a main pump. The reactor container contains a coolant; the reactor core is arranged at a lower middle part of the reactor container; the control drum assembly is arranged on an outer periphery of the reactor core, and includes control drums arranged at intervals along a peripheral direction of the reactor core; the hot channel is arranged in the reactor container and located above the reactor core. The hot channel has a bottom hermetically connected to the control drum assembly and a top hermetically connected to an inner top surface of the reactor container. The hot channel has a hot pool passage for the coolant to pass through. The heat exchanger is arranged in the reactor container and located on an outer periphery of the hot channel.

An aluminum alloy product for manufacturing structural components, made from direct chill casting ingots comprises, based on wt %: Zn 7.5&#x2dc;8.7, Mg 1.1&#x2dc;2.3, Cu 0.5&#x2dc;1.9, Zr 0.03&#x2dc;0.20, the balance being Al, incidental elements and impurities. The levels of Zn, Mg, Cu, and Zr in the aluminum alloy products satisfy the expressions of (a) 10.5&#x2264;Zn+Mg+Cu&#x2264;11.0; (b) 5.3&#x2264;(Zn/Mg)+Cu&#x2264;6.0; and (c) (0.24&#x2212;D/4800)&#x2264;Zr&#x2264;(0.24&#x2212;D/5000). D is the minimum length of a line section connecting any two points on the periphery of the cross section of the ingot and passing through the geometrical center of the cross section. 250 mm&#x2264;D&#x2264;1000 mm. The aluminum alloy products have a superior combination of strength and damage tolerance, and exhibit homogeneous and consistent performance on the surface, at various depths under the surface, and in the core of the product. A method of producing the aluminum alloy products is also provided.

A multi-functional composition is disclosed as well as the preparation method and applications thereof. The composition contains a marine algae-derived material and an enzyme inhibitor. The marine algae-derived material is one from the group consisting of natural algal saccharide, alginic acid and alginate or is a mixture of several of them. The enzyme inhibitor is an inhibitor to the enzyme decomposing the material derived from marine algae.
