A method is provided for removing silver mirroring from the surface of a black-and-white negative film by: mixing 80-100 parts by mass of triethanolamine, 0-10 parts by mass of glycerol and 0-10 parts by mass of a surfactant uniformly under stirring to produce a silver mirroring remover, where the surfactant is one or more of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene (8) ether, polyethylene glycol 200, polyethylene glycol 400 or alkylphenol polyoxyethylene (10) ether; applying the silver mirroring remover onto the region of the surface of the negative film, where the silver mirroring occurs, allowing the film to stand for at least 30 minutes, and then blotting up the residual solution on the negative film; and soaking the negative film in n-butanol and cleaning it, and then blotting the residual solvent on the negative film, followed by air drying, to complete the removal of silver mirroring on the surface of the negative film.

A method for preparing a deacidifying and reinforcing agent for a cellulose acetate film includes steps of: ultrasonically dispersing a nanometer alkaline oxide into an ethyl cellulose n-butanol solution, so as to form a nanometer alkaline oxide suspension, then adding a mixture of E51 EPOXY RESIN and a curing agent thereof; wherein the nanometer alkaline oxide is a nanometer magnesium oxide, a nanometer cerium oxide, a nanometer magnesium hydroxide, a nanometer potassium carbonate, a nanometer calcium hydroxide or a nanometer barium hydroxide. A method for using the deacidifying and reinforcing agent includes steps of: evenly applying the deacidifying and reinforcing agent on a surface of a cellulose acetate film.

A method of stripping films which are stuck together without damage is disclosed. The whole reel of films which are stuck together is placed in a sealing device with outlet valves. Liquid nitrogen is added at a bottom of the sealing device. The films are stripped off by a flow of gas through gaps between the layers of the films while the vaporization of liquid nitrogen. The present invention adopts a natural force of liquid nitrogen vaporization to strip the films, which does not compromise the PH value, the dimensional performance and the mechanical performance of the films. The films are stripped off without damage. The conventional method of stripping the films causes the fragile film to break off or the image layer with a decreased combing power to detach. The present invention has the advantages of simple operation, low cost and good promotion value.

The separating device comprises a pressurizing device, a separating device and a liquid nitrogen storage device. The pressurizing device is connected to the liquid nitrogen storage device; the liquid nitrogen storage device is connected to the separating device for providing liquid nitrogen thereto; the separating device comprises a film receiving chamber for accommodating a film to be separated; the pressurizing device pressurizes the liquid nitrogen storage device allowing liquid nitrogen to enter the film receiving chamber. Due to a difference between expansion coefficients of a base layer and emulsion layer of the film under low temperature, micro-pores and gaps may be generated in the base layer and the emulsion layer of a bonded film roll; the liquid nitrogen penetrates into the micro-pores and gaps of the bonded film.

Separating device for bonded cine film and method therefor

The present invention discloses a restoration solution for cine film bubble and a restoration method. The restoration solution comprises 100 parts by volume of n-butanol, 60 to 120 parts by volume of lacquer thinner having 5% by mass of ethyl cellulose, 8 to 20 parts by volume of diphenyl isooctyl phosphite, 2 to 10 parts by volume of bis (1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate, and 2 to 15 parts by volume of petroleum ether. The present invention integrates micro-restoration, bubble puncture and optical filling, and effectively restores a bubble having a diameter of 0.1 mm to 1 mm generated between a film base layer and an emulsion layer of a cine film. The present invention has advantages of simple method of operation, low cost and good controllability. And the used restoration solution has good thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and permeability, and can eliminate the phenomenon of light scattering within the bubble, so that patterns and writing of the original image data are explicitly presented, and a better restoration effect is achieved without damages to films. Therefore, the restoration solution has good application values and market prospects.
