An on-site reciprocity calibration method for a piezoelectric accelerometer, including a vibration test and a reciprocity test. In the vibration test, a sine excitation with a corresponding frequency and amplitude is provided by a vibration exciting device to the piezoelectric accelerometer fixed on a motion plane, and output signals of a drive port and a signal port of the reciprocal piezoelectric accelerometer are collected by a data acquisition device. In the reciprocity test, a sine voltage excitation is provided by a signal generator to the drive port, and then an excitation signal and an output signal of the signal port are collected by the data acquisition device. An amplitude ratio of the two signals is obtained based on signal sine-fitting. Finally, the on-site calibration is enabled according the sensitivity amplitude ratio obtained in the vibration test and the sensitivity amplitude product obtained in the reciprocity test.

On-site reciprocity calibration method for piezoelectric accelerometer

Provided is a method of simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM), the method including obtaining a structure of a current image frame, obtaining a structure re-identification constraint based on the structure of the current image frame, and obtaining a SLAM result based on the structure re-identification constraint. By introducing the structure re-identification constraint in a bundle adjustment process to obtain the SLAM result, error accumulation may be more easily controlled, and accuracy and robustness in obtaining the SLAM result may be improved.

A monocular vision-based method for measuring displacement and trajectory of planar motion. In this method, a sequence image of a motion of a high-contrast feature mark fixed on a moving plane to be measured is collected using a camera. A sub-pixel coordinate of a feature edge of a linear motion of the sequence in an X direction and a Y direction is extracted using a sub-pixel edge detection method, and the sub-pixel coordinate is converted into a corresponding world coordinate. The world coordinate of the feature edge is fitted based on a least squares principle to obtain a straight line of the feature edge to realize decoupling measurement of a displacement in the X direction and the Y direction. The planar motion trajectory is obtained through measuring the displacement in the X direction and the Y direction.

Monocular vision-based method for measuring displacement and trajectory of planar motion

A method for measuring angular velocity and angular acceleration based on monocular vision. Firstly, a movement sequence image of a feature mark fixed on a working table of a rotary motion generating device is acquired via an acquisition and imaging device. Secondly, a region of interest on the movement sequence image of the feature mark under different shooting distances and rotating conditions is determined by cyclic matching between a set of circular templates and the movement sequence image of the feature mark. Then, a sub-pixel of feature line edges in the region of interest is extracted using a line segment detection method, and only the feature line edges in a motion direction are retained through a constraint of the number of edge points. Finally, the angular velocity and angular acceleration are calculated by using the extracted feature line edges in the motion direction.

Method for measuring angular velocity and angular acceleration based on monocular vision

A six-degree-of-freedom measurement method by machine vision based on physical decoupling. A point projector capable of emitting three laser beams perpendicular to each other is placed on a measured object. A rear-projection screen is configured to allow the three laser beams to be projected thereon as three laser points. The collection of motion images is performed by a camera. Plane coordinates of the three laser points are obtained by processing a sequence image. A mathematical decoupling model is built according to a nature of sphere and a spatial position relationship of three laser beams. The plane coordinates of the three laser points are input into the mathematical decoupling model to obtain six-degree-of-freedom information of the measured object.
