A supported catalyst has a support and a metal active component disposed on the support. The metal active component is at least one selected from the group consisting of a Group VIB metal element and a Group VIII metal element. The support contains at least one of heat-resistant inorganic oxides and molecular sieves and includes an internal channel penetrating the support. The ratio of the cross-section area of the channel to the cross-section area of the support is 0.05-3:100. The difference R between the water absorption rate and the BET pore volume of the support is not less than 0.2 mL/g. The supported catalyst can be used as a hydrogenation catalyst. When used in the hydrocracking of hydrocarbon oils, it can achieve high catalytic activity and high yield of jet fuels at the same time. The supported catalyst can also be used as a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst.

Supported catalyst, preparation method therefor and application thereof

The present invention provides an oil slurry filter, a filter unit including the oil slurry filter, a multiple-filter system including the oil slurry filter, and a multiple-stage filter system including the oil slurry filter. Due to the use of the filter component of flexible texture in the oil slurry filter of the present invention, the problems that the filter material is easily blocked by high-viscosity colloidal impurities, the regeneration efficiency of the filter is poor and the filtration efficiency is low are solved, and it is possible to make the backwash treatment of the filter residue more convenient and improve the regeneration efficiency of the filter. The present invention also provides a filtering process using the oil slurry filter to ensure long-term stable operation of the oil slurry filtering process.

The present application relates to a hydrogenation catalyst, a process for producing the same and application thereof in the hydrotreatment of feedstock oil. The process comprises at least the following steps: (1) contacting a first active metal component and a first organic complexing agent with a carrier to obtain a composite carrier; (2) calcining the composite carrier to obtain a calcined composite carrier having a total carbon content of 1% by weight or less; and (3) contacting a second organic complexing agent with the calcined composite carrier to obtain the hydrogenation catalyst. The hydrogenation catalyst has both excellent hydrodesulfurization activity and hydrodenitrogenation activity, and exhibits a significantly prolonged service life.

Hydrogenation catalyst, its production and application thereof

A hydrocracking catalyst comprises a support, at least one of VIII Group metal components, and at least one of VIB Group metal components. The support comprises an acidic silica-alumina component and alumina derived from a pseudo-boehmite component, wherein the content of the acidic silica-alumina component is 3-80 wt %, the content of alumina derived from the pseudo-boehmite component is 20-95 wt %, based on the support. The support is obtained by mixing, molding, drying and calcining the acidic silica-alumina component with the pseudo-boehmite component, wherein said pseudo-boehmite component comprises pseudo-boehmite PB1 and pseudo-boehmite PB2, wherein the content of PB1 is 10-90 wt % and the content of PB2 is 0-60 wt % on a dry basis and based on the support.

Hydrocracking catalyst and use of the same

A catalytic conversion process uses a catalytic cracking catalyst having a relatively homogeneous activity containing mainly large pore zeolites in a catalytic conversion reactor. The reaction temperature, residence time of oil vapors and weight ratio of the catalyst/feedstock oil are sufficient to obtain a reaction product containing from about 12 to about 60% by weight of a fluid catalytic cracking gas oil relative to the weight of the feed stock oil and containing a diesel. The reaction temperature ranges from about 420&#xb0; C. to about 550&#xb0; C. The residence time of oil vapors ranges from about 0.1 to about 5 seconds. The weight ratio of the catalytic cracking catalyst/feedstock is about 1-about 10.

The present invention relates to a hydrocracking catalyst comprising an acidic silica-alumina, an optional alumina, an effective quantity of at least one VIII Group metal component(s), an effective quantity of at least one VIB Group metal component(s) and an organic additive, wherein the organic additive is one or more selected from the group consisting of an oxygen-containing or nitrogen-containing organic compound, and the molar ratio of the organic additive to the VIII Group metal component(s) is 0.01-10. The present invention relates further to a process for producing the hydrocracking catalyst and use of the catalyst in a process for hydrocracking hydrocarbon oils. The hydrocracking catalyst provided according to the present invention shows a higher activity for aromatic hydrosaturating and ring-opening reaction, as compared with the prior art hydrocracking catalyst.

The present invention provides a hydrogenation catalyst, containing a carrier, metal components of nickel, molybdenum and tungsten supported thereon, and an adjuvant component selected from the group consisting of fluorine and phosphor and combination thereof. In another embodiment, the present invention provides a hydrogenation catalyst, containing a carrier and metal components of nickel, molybdenum and tungsten supported thereon, wherein said carrier contains a molecular sieve. The present invention provides further use of said catalyst in the process for hydrogenating hydrocarbon oil. The present invention provides a hydrocracking catalyst comprising a moulded composite support of a zeolite molecular sieve with alumina, at least one of VIII Group metal components, at least one of VIB Group metal components and an organic additive; said organic additive is one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of oxygen-containing or nitrogen-containing organic compounds; the content of said zeolite molecular sieve is 3&#x2dc;60 wt %, the content of said alumina is 10&#x2dc;80 wt %, and the content of said organic additive is 0.1&#x2dc;40 wt % based on the weight of said catalyst; the content of said VIII Group metal component is 1&#x2dc;15 wt % and the content of said VIB Group metal component is 5&#x2dc;40 wt % as calculated on oxide and based on the weight of said catalyst. The present invention relates also to a preparation method of said hydrocracking catalyst and use of the catalyst in the hydrocracking process of hydrocarbon oil. In comparison with the method in existing arts, the hydrocracking catalyst provided according to the present invention has the aromatic-hydrogenation conversion activity increased obviously.

Hydrocracking catalyst, the preparation process and use of the same

A process for producing middle distillates by hydrocracking a heavy distillate oil under middle pressure uses a hydrofining catalyst and a hydrocracking catalyst in series and once-through operation. The once-through volume conversion to 350.degree. C.--products is up to 80 vol. %. The yield and selectivity of middle distillates are greater than 40 wt % and less than 50 wt %, respectively. The process is particularly suited to treat heavy distillate oil having the nitrogen content of up to 1500 ppmw, the sulfur content of up to 3.5 wt % and dry point in the boiling range of higher than 500.degree. C. to produce the feed for reforming process, jet fuel, the low sulfur content diesel, the feed for catalytic cracker and the feed for producing ethylene.
