Disclosed are a copolymerized PVDF resin for lithium battery binders and its preparation method. 300 to 600 parts of deionized water, 0.04 to 0.25 part of a pH buffer regulator, 85 to 99.5 parts of a vinylidene fluoride (VDF) monomer, 0.5 to 15 parts of a comonomer, 0.3 to 3 parts of a metallocene synergist, 0.2 to 1.0 part of an initiator, 0.08 to 0.35 part of a dispersant react at 40 to 65° C., 5.5-8.0 Mpa. At the end of the reaction, the unreacted monomers are recovered, and then the operations of washing, filtering, and drying are carried out to obtain the copolymerized PVDF resin. For the copolymerized PVDF resin for lithium battery binders, the binding of PVDF resin to a positive electrode active material and current collector is improved, and the rotational viscosity of the NMP solution and the preparation and dispersion requirements for PVDF resin slurry are reduced.

Copolymerized PVDF resin for lithium ion battery binders and its preparation method

Disclosed are a heat-expandable polyvinylidene chloride microsphere and its preparation method. The preparation method comprises: by weight, dissolving 250 to 550 parts of an aqueous-phase polymerization inhibitor, 20 to 100 parts of a dispersant, and 3 to 15 parts of a co-dispersing monomer in deionized water, adjusting a pH value of the solution and cooling the solution to obtain an aqueous phase for later use; dissolving 5 to 15 parts of a cross-linking agent and 20 to 45 parts of an initiator in 1000 to 2000 parts of a mixed monomer, and cooling the solution to obtain an oil phase for later use; mixing and homogenizing the aqueous phase and the oil phase with stirring to obtain a homogenized mixed solution; adding 300 to 550 parts of a foaming agent to the homogenized mixed solution and homogenizing the resulting solution with stirring to obtain a homogenized mixed solution containing the foaming agent; reacting the homogenized mixed solution containing the foaming agent with stirring; at the end of the reaction, cooling to room temperature, filtering the resulting suspension to obtain filtrate, centrifuging and dehydrating the filtrate, and drying to obtain the heat-expandable polyvinylidene chloride microsphere product. This disclosure has the advantages of simple process and environmental friendliness, and the obtained product has good performance.

Heat-expandable polyvinylidene chloride microsphere and its preparation method

The present application provides a continuous preparation system and method for vinylidene chloride. In the present application, by coupling two stages of high gravity reactors, the product vinylidene chloride and water vapor are distilled from a reaction system in form of an azeotrope by adopting a water vapor steam stripping method, and the product obtained using the method has high purity. In addition, by combining steam stripping and high gravity, trichloroethane and alkali solution are rapidly mixed for mass transfer, and the product vinylidene chloride is rapidly distilled from the reaction system in form of the azeotrope (based on rapid diffusion of water vapor), such that the reaction proceeds continuously towards the direction of producing vinylidene chloride, thus significantly improving the conversion rate. As proved by a test apparatus, the present application can stabilize the purity of the vinylidene chloride product at 98% or more (mass fraction), decrease the TOC value of chloride salt wastewater to 100 mg/L or less, and decrease the consumption of materials and the cost of subsequent salt-containing wastewater treatment.
