A quick coupler includes a top ring, a bottom ring and fasteners. The top ring may be engaged with the bottom ring to be assembled together; the top ring is provided with a top ring groove, and the bottom ring is provided with a bottom ring groove; the fasteners are loosely or tightly connected to the top ring and the bottom ring, so that the top ring and the bottom ring are fixed together as a whole; in a tight state, the top ring groove of the top ring and the bottom ring groove of the bottom ring are assembled to form an annular groove.

Quick-fitting pipe coupler

A quick-fitting pipe fitting for connecting at least one pipeline element comprises a pipe fitting body. The pipe fitting body is configured with a pre-installation section, and the pre-installation section is movably connected with a pipe clamp assembly. The pipe clamp assembly comprises at least two movable clamp parts and at least one fastener, and the fastener is configured to be operated to fasten the two movable clamp parts. At least one sealing ring is arranged in the pipe clamp assembly.

Quick-fitting pipe fitting

A pipe element coupler includes a plurality of coupling members, a gasket disposed in the coupling members and a fastening element. Each of the coupling members includes two engaging keys at two coupling end portions thereof each having an engaging surface that has varying radiuses of curvature. The fastening element is coupled at the coupling members, wherein the pipe element coupler is adapted for being preassembled on the two pipe elements to align the engaging keys with the corresponding grooves of the pipe elements. When the fastening element is operated to fasten the coupling members together, each of the engaging surfaces is deformed to change the varying radiuses of curvature, so as to substantially match a radius of curvature of the groove circumference at the bottom of the groove of the pipe element.

A quick-fitting pipe fitting assembly for coupling with at least one pipe element includes a pipe fitting body, at least one coupling unit, at least one gasket and a plurality of connecting elements. Each coupling unit includes a fixed coupling element integrally extended from the pipe fitting body and a movable coupling element, the gasket disposed at the coupling unit, the connecting elements movably connect the fixed coupling element with the movable coupling element, wherein the at least one coupling unit is adapted for being preassembled with the at least one pipe element and can be fastened by at least one fastening element that is capable of being operated to fasten the movable coupling element with the fixed coupling element.

A quick-fitting pipe fitting assembly for coupling with at least one pipe element includes a pipe fitting body, at least one coupling unit, and at least one gasket. Each coupling unit includes a fixed coupling element integrally extended from the pipe fitting body and a movable coupling element, the gasket disposed at the coupling unit, the connecting elements movably connect the fixed coupling element with the movable coupling element, wherein the at least one coupling unit is adapted for being preassembled with the at least one pipe element and can be fastened by at least one fastening element that is capable of being operated to fasten the movable coupling element with the fixed coupling element.

A method of assembling an electrical machine includes programming at least one processor with a stator flux vector estimation scheme. The electrical machine has a stator at least partially extending around a rotor. The electrical machine is electrically coupled to an electric power system. The electric power system transmits at least one phase of electric power to and from the electrical machine with at least partial power conversion. The stator flux vector estimation scheme is programmed to generate at least one stator back-electromagnetic force (back-EMF) signal and to generate at least one stator flux vector signal using the at least one stator back-EMF signal. The at least one stator flux vector signal at least partially represents an estimated rotor position. The method also includes coupling at least one output device in data communication with the at least one processor.

Method and apparatus for assembling electrical machines

An apparatus for electric braking and system protection for an electric generator includes a dynamic brake and a crowbar circuit designed for cooperation with power converters to dump power upon command. The dynamic brake includes at least one resistor and the crowbar circuit includes another at least one resistor for dissipating power from the electric generator. Methods for use of the electric braking and system protection calls for shunting the power to at least one of the dynamic brake, the crowbar circuit and the generator side power converter.
