A coated packaging article may include a packaging article and a coating. The packaging article may include a body having an interior surface, and the coating may be disposed over at least one portion of the interior surface of the body. The coating may include an edible oil and a surfactant. The coating may be in a liquid state on the interior surface inside the packaging article.
