A method for inspecting an aging state of a silicone rubber composite insulating material comprises the following steps: bombarding, for multiple times and by a pulsed laser beam, selected points on a surface of a silicone rubber composite insulating material to be inspected to generate a plasma; collecting spectrum information emitted by the plasma at each bombardment, and extracting, from the collected spectrum information, a spectral property indicator of a specific constituent element of the silicone rubber composite insulating material at each bombardment; and determining aging state information of the silicone rubber composite insulating material according to the change pattern of the spectral property indicator of the specific constituent element with respect to the bombardment depth. The method enables the rapid and accurate inspection of an aging state of a silicone rubber composite insulating material, and avoids the destructive tests required in the prior art.

Method for inspecting aging state of silicone rubber composite insulating material

Disclosed is a method for recoating an RTV anti-pollution flashover coating on an insulator coated with the RTV anti-pollution flashover coating. The insulator includes an insulator body, a steel cap connected to an upper surface of the insulator body, and a steel pin connected to a lower surface of the insulator body. The method includes: (1) wiping off dirt on a surface of the insulator; (2) determining whether the insulator can be recoated; (3) performing coating by using an RTV anti-pollution flashover coating with the content of solid being 55%-65%. After coating is performed, a newly coated anti-pollution flashover coating can be closely adhered to a surface of the insulator, swelling does not occur, adhesion of the coating with respect to the insulator is not reduced, the hydrophobicity of the surface is recovered, and non-reduction of a pollution flashover voltage of the insulator is ensured.

Method for recoating RTV anti-pollution flashover coating on insulator coated with RTV anti-pollution flashover coating

An insulator is disclosed, which includes an insulating surface. A part of the insulating surface is applied with a conductive coating having a specific resistivity. A conductive coating region having the specific resistivity and a nonconductive coating region are configured that: in a dry environment, no continuous conductive channel exists between upper and lower fittings of the insulator. The value of the leakage current that can be caused by the conductive coating region having the specific resistivity on the insulating surface enables the insulating surface to reach an ice-proof temperature in an icing climate condition. Also, a power transmission apparatus in which the insulator is adopted is disclosed. In an icing climate condition, the conductive coating can achieve the function of increasing the value of the leakage current on the surface of the insulator, so as to prevent the ice formation.
