Apparatus and methods are provided for determining AR filter coefficient and numbers of synchronization. In one novel aspect, the AR filter coefficient and times of synchronization are determined based on the temperatures of the oscillator. In one embodiment, the UE determines a temperature drift rate by collecting sets of temperatures before and after the UE in the sleep mode of the CDRX, generates one or more threshold look-up tables and performs an optimization selection based on the temperature drift rate and the one or more threshold of look-up tables, wherein the optimization selection comprising selecting an alpha coefficient and a number of subframes for synchronization. In another embodiment, the optimization selection is further determined based on a subcarrier spacing, and a channel type of being a static channel type and a fading channel type. The UE further performs an on-the-fly oscillator S-curve calibration based on the set of temperatures.

Methods and apparatus for determining ar filter coefficient and times of synchronization

A field-emission-based flat light source includes the following: a light-permeable substrate; a plurality of line-shaped cathodes; an anode; a light-reflecting layer; and a fluorescent layer. The light-permeable substrate has a surface, and the line-shaped cathodes, with a plurality of carbon nanotubes formed and/or deposited thereon, are located on the surface of the light-permeable substrate. The anode faces the cathodes and is spaced from the cathodes to form a vacuum chamber. The light-reflecting layer is formed on the anode and faces the cathode. The fluorescent layer is formed on the light-reflecting layer.

A method for synthesizing single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) generally includes the steps of: providing a substrate having an upper portion comprised of indium tin oxide; forming an aluminum layer on the upper portion of the substrate; forming a catalyst layer on the aluminum layer to obtain a treated substrate; annealing the treated substrate so as to transform the catalyst layer into a plurality of oxidized catalyst particles on the substrate; and growing a plurality of single-wall carbon nanotubes on the treated substrate using a chemical vapor deposition process.

Method of synthesizing single-wall carbon nanotubes

A method for manufacturing a cathode assembly of a field emission display, includes the steps of: providing a substrate () with a cathode () formed thereon; forming an electrically insulating layer (), a gate electrode layer () and a photoresist layer () on a cathode in series; defining at least one opening () in the photoresist layer using a photolithographic process; etching the gate electrode layer through the at least one opening so as to form at least one gate electrode opening () in the gate electrode layer; etching the electrically insulating layer to define at least one cavity () in the electrically insulating layer; pressing the photoresist layer in a manner such that a size of the at least one opening is reduced; depositing a catalyst layer () in the at least one cavity through the at least one opening; and growing carbon nanotubes () on the catalyst layer.
