A process and a device for recycling waste lithium battery materials are provided. The process includes: S. charging, transporting composite pole pieces to a flexible de-powdering device through a uniform feeder; S. flexibly removing powder, rubbing and beating the composite pole pieces using the flexible de-powdering device, after flexible depowdering, discharging part of composite current collectors from a closed air spiral discharge pipe connecting to the flexible de-powdering device; S. centrally receiving materials, transporting falling electrode powder and remaining composite current collectors to a cyclone collector through negative pressure pipelines, and centrally collecting dust produced in the process of uniform feeding and closed air spiral discharge; and S. screening, screening and separating the materials collected by the cyclone collector using a vibrating screen, and separating the composite current collectors and electrode powder. The process can improve the separation efficiency of the electrode powder.

Process and device for recycling waste lithium battery materials

A method for regenerating different types of copper-containing aluminum alloys using aluminum alloy scrap from aeronautical industry includes detecting a chemical composition of said aluminum alloy scrap and optionally adding a suitable amount of a metal or alloy additive according to a composition requirement of a target aluminum-copper alloy, thereby obtaining a mixture of aluminum alloy scrap and metal or alloy additive; vacuum smelting the mixture of aluminum alloy scrap and metal or alloy additive in a vacuum furnace, wherein impurities are removed and an aluminum alloy solution is formed; filtering the aluminum alloy solution using a filter to obtain a melt comprising a target aluminum alloy composition; and casting the target aluminum alloy composition from said melt.

Disclosed is a battery pre-processing apparatus and method. The battery pre-processing apparatus includes a control mechanism, as well as an automatic feeding mechanism, a transmission mechanism, an electricity monitoring actuator, a non-destructive testing mechanism, a flexible grabber mechanism, a multi-station operating table, an automatic cutting mechanism, an automatic separation mechanism, and a recovery and dust collection system that are each electrically connected to the control mechanism.
