Base of magnetic component

A magnetic component is disclosed. The magnetic component includes a magnetic core assembly, a fastening element, a first winding set and a second winding set. The magnetic core assembly includes at least a pillar. The fastening element is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the pillar. The first winding set is disposed around the outer peripheral surface of the pillar. The second winding set is disposed around the outer peripheral surface of the pillar and engaged with the fastening set. The first winding set and the second winding set are located adjacent to each other and disposed around the outer peripheral surface of the pillar.

Magnetic component

A bobbin for use in a magnetic module is provided. The bobbin comprises a winding body, a first plate and a second plate. The winding body is disposed between the first plate and the second plate, and further comprises a first end, a second end and a through hole. The first end comprises a first buckling portion, and the through hole penetrates the first end and the second end. The first plate includes a second buckling portion and a first opening, while the second buckling portion is adapted to engage with the first buckling portion. The second plate includes a second opening, and the second plate is engaged with the second end of the winding body.

Bobbin and magnetic module comprising the same

A combined structure of hollow bobbin and conductive sheet for a transformer includes a hollow bobbin and at least one conductive sheet. The hollow bobbin includes an outer surface and at least one positioning structure formed on the outer surface. The conductive sheet is fit on the outer surface of the hollow bobbin and includes a main body and at least one engaging structure. The main body has a hollow portion, making the main body to have an inner circumference. The engaging structure is formed on the inner circumference of the main body and is engaged with the positioning structure of the hollow bobbin. The transformer includes at least one winding disposed on the outer surface of the hollow bobbin and abutting against the conductive sheet.

A transformer includes a bobbin, a winding coil assembly, a magnetic core assembly, and a bracket. The bobbin includes a supporting part and a winding part. The winding coil assembly includes a primary winding coil and a secondary winding coil. The secondary winding coil has an outlet part. The primary winding coil and the secondary winding coil are wound around the winding part of the bobbin. The magnetic core assembly includes a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core. The bobbin is arranged between the first magnetic core and the second magnetic core. The bracket is connected with the supporting part of the bobbin for assisting in positioning the outlet part of the secondary winding coil.

Transformer structure

A transformer includes a bobbin, an iron core assembly, and a first sleeve. The bobbin includes a main body and a channel passing through the main body. The iron core assembly includes a first iron core and a second iron core. The first end of the first iron core and the second end of the second iron core are disposed near the periphery of the bobbin. The first sleeve is disposed at a first gap between the first end and the second end, so as to make the first end and the second end to be accommodated within the first sleeve. And, the first end is aligned opposite to the second end.

Transformer

An inductor assembly includes a base and an inductor component. When the inductor component is disposed on the base, the distance between the inductor component and a nearby electronic component is increased by a connecting element or a carrying element of the base, and the inductor component is prevented from contacting the nearby electronic component by a spacing element of the base.

Inductor assembly

A transformer includes a bobbin assembly, a primary winding coil, a first secondary winding coil, a second secondary winding coil, and a magnetic core assembly. The bobbin assembly includes a primary winding part, a first secondary winding part, a second secondary winding part and a channel. A first opening is formed in a bottom surface of the bobbin assembly and communicates with the channel. The primary winding coil is wound around the primary winding part. The first secondary winding coil is wound around the first secondary winding part. The second secondary winding coil is wound around the second secondary winding part. The magnetic core assembly is partially embedded into the channel of the bobbin assembly, and includes a first magnetic part and a second magnetic part. The second magnetic part includes a first extension post, and the first extension post is inserted into the first opening of the bobbin assembly.

Transformer having leakage inductance

A conductive winding module is used in a magnetic element. The conductive winding module includes multiple conductive units and multiple output terminals. The conductive units have respective hollow portions. The output terminals are arranged on the conductive units. The conductive units are folded with respect to a connecting line between the conductive units such that the hollow portions are aligned with each other to define a through-hole and the multiple output terminals are staggered to form at least three output terminals to be inserted into a circuit board.

Conductive winding module and magnetic element having such conductive winding module

An inductor includes a base and a winding assembly. The base includes an outer frame, a middle part and a connecting part. The outer frame has a first upper surface. The middle part has a second upper surface. The connecting part is connected with the outer frame and the middle part and has a third upper surface. The connecting part, the outer frame and the middle part collectively define a receptacle. The winding assembly is accommodated within the receptacle. The second upper surface of the middle part is disposed at a higher level with respect to the first upper surface of the outer frame. A first height is defined by the level difference between the second upper surface and the third upper surface. A second height of the winding assembly is smaller than the first height, so that a fourth upper surface of the winding assembly is disposed at a lower level with respect to the second upper surface after the winding assembly is accommodated within the receptacle.

Inductor and base thereof

A magnetic assembly includes a magnetic core, a circuit board and multiple conductive elements. The circuit board includes multiple conductive regions. The conductive elements stride over the magnetic core. Each of the conductive elements includes a first terminal, a second terminal and a connecting part. The connecting part is arranged between the first terminal and the second terminal for connecting the first terminal with the second terminal. The first terminal and the second terminal of each conductive element are respectively connected to two adjacent conductive regions. The multiple conductive elements and the multiple conductive regions collectively define multiple loops. The multiple loops interact with the magnetic core to generate inductance.

Magnetic assembly and fabricating method thereof

A current transformer includes a bobbin, a primary winding coil, a conductive pillar, a magnetic core assembly, and a covering member. The bobbin includes a bobbin body and a concave structure. The primary winding coil is wound around the bobbin body. The conductive pillar is partially accommodated within the concave structure. The magnetic core assembly includes a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core. The first magnetic core and the second magnetic core are partially embedded into the channel. The concave structure is partially enclosed by the second magnetic core. The covering member cooperates with the concave structure to shield the conductive pillar. The conductive pillar and the second magnetic core are separated from each other by the covering member, so that a creepage distance between the conductive pillar and the primary winding coil and a creepage distance between the conductive pillar and the magnetic core assembly are increased.

Current transformer

The present invention discloses a transformer, mounted on a circuit board, including a winding set having a bobbin, a primary winding and a secondary winding, wherein the primary and the secondary windings are wound on the bobbin, and the primary winding has at least a first output terminal; a magnetic core set including a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core, wherein the winding set is sandwiched in between the first and the second magnetic cores; and an insulation base including an accommodation space and at least a pin, wherein the winding set and the magnetic core set are accommodated in the accommodation space, and the first output terminal of the primary winding is connected with the pin for further electrically connecting to the circuit board.
