A propulsion control device of a 3D printing-based tunnel boring machine, includes two propulsion control modules, and each of which includes tunnel support assemblies, a propulsion control assembly and a barrel body, where a propulsion sliding sleeve is arranged on an outer surface, and several tunnel support assemblies are arranged on an outer side of each propulsion sliding sleeve. Support plates on the two propulsion control modules alternately rise to support a 3D printed tunnel pipe. In the propulsion control module with the support plates in a closed state, a propulsion hydraulic cylinder controls a propulsion hydraulic cylinder extending end to contract, so as to pull the propulsion sliding sleeve to a front section of the barrel body; and in the propulsion control module with the support plates in a support state, the barrel body continuously advances relative to the propulsion sliding sleeve.

Disclosed is a pullout force measurement test device based on an anchor group effect of a marine pipeline, and a measurement method. The test device includes a support frame, a winch, a lifting plate, an upper hanging rope, a force measuring mechanism mounted on the upper hanging rope, two anchor plate mechanisms, and two lower hanging ropes, where each pair of the lower hanging ropes and the anchor plate mechanisms are located on both sides of the upper hanging rope; each anchor plate mechanism includes a model box, a soil sample filled in the model box, an anchor plate embedded in the soil sample, and a pulley assembly used for adjusting a pullout angle of the anchor plate; one end of each lower hanging rope is connected to the lifting plate, and the other end thereof is connected to the anchor plate of the corresponding anchor plate mechanism.

A test device and method for studying influence of external load on soil arching effect of shield tunnel, including a test chamber, a tunnel model and a control module. The tunnel model, including segments which are meshed with each other and can move relatively, the tunnel model is installed in the middle of the test chamber, and all sides of the tunnel model is filled with a test soil, the control module, including a set of deceleration motors and a variable cross-section guide rod, the variable cross-section guide rod is inserted into the tunnel model, which can reduce the diameter of the tunnel model, resulting in ground loss and soil arching effect.

Test device and method for studying influence of external load on soil arching effect of shield tunnel

A portable pneumatic loading system for simulating the operation of a subway train is provided, comprising a control cabinet, an powered air station and an air cylinder, wherein a proportional directional valve is disposed between the control cabinet and the powered air station, a control cabinet is connected to the powered air station through an air inlet pipe, and the powered air station is connected to the air cylinder through a hose; a PLC, a switching power supply and a guide rail are arranged in the control cabinet, with the PLC and the switching power supply being connected through signal lines to a wiring terminal fixed on the guide rail; a frequency regulating knob, an emergency stop switch, a main start button, a power start button and a power indicator are embedded in five through holes formed on a door of the control cabinet, respectively; a signal line led out from the top of the control cabinet is connected to the proportional directional valve; and, the air cylinder is connected to the proportional directional valve through a hose. The present invention has the following advantages: the system is light, flexible and portable, and can enter subway tunnels under various working conditions; and, the design is novel and reasonable, the operation is simple, the actual engineering operation is highly feasible, and the on-site adjustment process is more visible.
