Disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a video generation method, an apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: during an image editing process of subjecting an initial image to a series of image editing operations to obtain a target image, acquiring initial key frames, the initial key frames being intermediate images between the initial image and the target image during the image editing process, the different initial key frames being intermediate images generated when different image editing operations of the series of image editing operations are triggered during the image editing process, and the intermediate images showing editing effects corresponding to the image editing operations; and generating a target video according to the initial key frames so as to record the image editing process of the target image. The present disclosure can be used for recording an image editing process.

The fly ash burner is located on an inner wall of a hearth of the gasification furnace. The ash remover has an inlet connected to an outlet of a waste boiler of the gasification furnace. The fly ash storage tank is connected to a pressurized nitrogen inlet pipe, and a bottom outlet of the ash remover. The variable pressure lock hopper is connected to the fly ash storage tank. The fly ash blending system is connected to the variable pressure lock hopper and the fly ash burner. The exhaust filter is connected to the storage tank, the lock hopper and the blending system. The buffer tank is connected to the exhaust filter.

Blur is one of the most important features related to video quality. Accurate estimating the blur level of a video is a great help to accurately evaluate the video quality. An improved method is provided for estimating the blur level of videos that are compressed by a block based codec, such as H.264/AVC, MPEG2, etc. According to the invention, local blur detection is based on macroblock (MB) edges, a content dependent weighting scheme is employed to decrease the influence from texture and when detecting local blur, the spreading of detection will stop at local minimum and maximum luminance positions.

High-fidelity video coding nowadays tends to adopt the RGB coding for directly reducing RGB inter-color redundancy without color space conversion. A known method uses a blockbased inter-color compensation algorithm for removing inter-color redundancy on RGB color planes by defining the correlation between color planes within each coding block as a linear model of slope and offset parameters, codes the base plane block and then predicts the other two color blocks from the base plane block. However, for most coding blocks the texture within a component block varies quite much. A new method for improved video coding uses adaptive segmentation of the base color component block, corresponding segmentation of the other color component blocks and individual slope and offset parameters for predicting each segment.
