Embodiments of wet processing systems and methods for uniform wet processing are disclosed. A method described in the present disclosure includes measuring one or more wafer characteristics of a wafer using a plurality of detectors and determining a wafer profile of the wafer based on the measured one or more wafer characteristics. The method also includes setting first and second sets of wet processing parameters of a wet processing system for respective first and second wafer regions based on the wafer profile, where a value of at least one wet processing parameter is different between the first and second sets of wet processing parameters. The method further includes performing wet processing on the wafer by dispensing one or more chemicals onto the first and second wafer regions according to the respective first and second sets of wet processing parameters.

Intelligent customizable wet processing system

An edge wrapping adhesive tape is provided. The edge wrapping adhesive tape is provided with a plurality of first notches and a plurality of second notches opposite to each other. Both the plurality of first notches and the plurality of second notches are corresponding to corners of a display device. After the edge wrapping adhesive tape is wrapped on the display device, no light leakage gaps are left on a side and a first surface of the display device. There is no overlap and stacking of edge wrapping adhesive tape on the side and a second surface of the display device, which alleviate a problem of poor performance of the edge wrapping adhesive tape of an existing liquid crystal display device. The display device is also provided.

Edge wrapping adhesive tape and display device

The present disclosure provides a liquid crystal display and a backlight module thereof. The backlight module includes a light guide plate, a reflective layer, an optical film assembly and a light-emitting assembly. The optical film assembly is disposed on a top of the light guide plate, the reflective layer is disposed on a bottom of the light guide plate, the light-emitting assembly includes an LED light bar disposed opposite a light incident surface of the light guide plate and a substrate disposed on a bottom of the LED light bar, and the substrate extends to a bottom of the reflective layer. The present disclosure enlarges the assembly space of the substrate by disposing the substrate on the bottom of the reflective layer and extending the substrate to the bottom of the reflective layer, thereby making it easier to dissipate heat of the LED light bar.

Liquid crystal display and backlight module thereof

The present disclosure provides a backlight module including a rubber frame, a light guiding plate disposed in the rubber frame, a light strip located on a light incident side of the light guiding plate, an optical film set disposed on a surface of a side of the light guiding plate, and a reflecting sheet disposed on a surface of a side of the light guiding plate deviating from the optical film set. The reflecting sheet is fixed on the rubber frame by a double-faced adhesive, the light strip includes a light strip circuit board, a heat-radiating sheet is disposed on a surface of a side of the light strip circuit board deviating from the light guiding plate, and the heat-radiating sheet includes a fitting portion attached onto the light strip circuit board and a bendable first extension portion extending to an outside of the rubber frame.

Backlight module and display device

The present invention provides a backlight assembly which includes a plastic frame, the plastic frame, a light guide plate, a light bar and an optical diaphragm group, a side surface of the plastic frame deviating from the reflective sheet is provided with a double-sided adhesive, at least one side frame of the plastic frame is provided with a groove which is disposed at a side surface of the plastic frame opposite to the double-sided adhesive; the double-sided adhesive includes a conductive heat dissipation layer and a double-sided adhesive layer, and a first metal sheet is disposed on a double-sided adhesive layer, located on the groove and contacts the optical diaphragm group and the conductive heat dissipation layer, respectively. The present invention further provides a liquid crystal display assembly.

Backlight assembly and liquid crystal display assembly

The present disclosure provides a plastic frame for a backlight module. The plastic frame includes a glass cover plate, and edge bars including a first edge bar provided with an LED placing groove for insertion of lamp beads of the light bars and a second edge bar, that are provided at two opposite sides of the glass cover plate close to an edge, respectively, wherein the LED placing groove passes through one side of the first edge bar being opposite to the second edge bar and one side of the first edge bar deviating away from the second edge bar. The present disclosure also provides a backlight module and a liquid crystal display module.
