An elevator safety clamp control device, an elevator safety apparatus and an elevator system. The elevator safety clamp control device includes an operating portion arranged on a running device running along an elevator guide rail and connected to an elevator safety clamp, the operating portion release kinetic energy when controlled to enter a second state from a first state of energy storage, for actuating the elevator safety clamp to engage with the elevator guide rail to stop the running device; a control portion configured to control the operating portion to be in the first state, and to control the operating portion to enter the second state from the first state to release kinetic energy when an operating parameter of the running device exceeds a threshold; and a power portion arranged on the running device and connected to the operating portion.

A clamping device and an elevator system. The clamping device includes: a base having a limiting space and an opening communicating with the limiting space; and a clamping arm assembly, which is arranged at the opening of the base and forms a gap with the opening in a stationary state, the gap being smaller than a size of a clamped part; in which the clamp arm assembly has a first damping force that allows the clamped part to enter the limiting space via the opening, and has a second damping force that allows the clamped part to exit the limiting space via the opening; and the second damping force is greater than the first damping force.

The force application assembly is provided for applying a force to an elevator car when the elevator car and a counterweight are in a balanced state, and the force application assembly includes: a first attachment portion, which is configured to be removably attached to an elevator hoistway; a second attachment portion, one end of which is removably fixed relative to the elevator car or the counterweight, and which is configured to be at least partially elastic; an actuation portion connected between the first attachment portion and the second attachment portion, wherein the first attachment portion is configured to be fixed relative to the actuation portion, and the second attachment portion is configured to be movable relative to the actuation portion; and an operation portion, which is associated with the actuation portion.
