An upstanding clamping longitudinal conveyor system for whole-stem reed harvesting includes a conveyor device, a height adjustment mechanism, and a control unit. A preharvest detection unit is configured to detect height information of reeds in a preharvest region, and transmit the height information to the control unit. A position sensor is configured to detect a current height of the conveyor device, and transmit the current height to the control unit. A lifting device is connected to the conveyor device; and the control unit is configured to calculate an average height of the reeds in the preharvest region and a height of center of gravity of the reeds, calculate a height difference between the height of the center of gravity of the reeds and the current height of the conveyor device, and adjust a position of the conveyor device to correspond to the center of gravity of the reeds in the preharvest region.

An efficient reed harvester, including a preharvest detection unit, a cutting device, a conveyor device, a baling-stacking device, a chassis, and a control unit, where the preharvest detection unit is configured to detect height information of reeds in a preharvest region, and transmit to the control unit; the conveyor device is configured to gather and clamp stems of the reeds, and convey the stems backward to the baling-stacking device; the control unit is configured to calculate an average height hof the reeds in the preharvest region according to the height information of the reeds in the preharvest region, and adjust a height of the conveyor device according to the average height of the reeds; and the control unit is configured to control the baling-stacking device to stack the small bales of reeds vertically or horizontally, and knot the small bales of reeds into the big bale.

The present disclosure provides a reed baling and stacking device, a method, and a harvester. The reed baling and stacking device includes a knotter, a feed box, a stacking mechanism, and a control unit, where the stacking mechanism is located between the knotter and the feed box; the knotter is configured to knot reeds into small bales; the stacking mechanism is configured to stack the small bales of reeds to the feed box vertically or horizontally; the feed box is configured to knot the small bales of reeds into big bale; and the control unit is connected to the feed box and the stacking mechanism. According to the present disclosure, the reeds are knotted into the small bales, the small bales are stacked to the feed box vertically or horizontally, the small bales of reeds are knotted into the big bale, and the big bale is unloaded mechanically.

A threshing device with two-way pull wires and adjustable threshing clearance includes a tensioning mechanism, and several grid bars in clearance fit with side plates, wherein the tensioning mechanism is mounted on the several grid bars so that the grid bars can move in radial and tangential directions in the clearance; the tensioning mechanism includes a tangential tensioning device and a radial tensioning device, wherein the radial tensioning device is mounted in the radial direction of any one of the grid bars, so that the grid bars can move in the radial direction in the clearance; the tangential tensioning device is mounted in series in the tangential direction of the grid bars, so that the grid bars can move in the tangential direction in the clearance. Further disclosed is a combined harvester, which includes the threshing device with two-way pull wires and adjustable threshing clearance.

The invention provides an adaptive control system and a regulating method for the threshing separation load of the combined harvester and the longitudinal axis. The control system mainly comprises entrainment loss monitoring device, grain breaking rate monitoring device, device for regulating clearance of cutting concave outlet, jitter board load monitoring device, return plate load monitoring device and on-line monitoring and control system. According to the differential signal of the impact force sensor and the inertial force sensor, the cutting flow threshing and separating device is calculated by real-time monitoring of the grain breaking rate, the entrainment loss rate, the tangential groove outlet gap, the cutting drum speed and the longitudinal axis drum speed. And the ratio of the threshing separation load of the cut-off threshing separator and the longitudinal-axial-flow threshing and separating device is adjusted at a reasonable ratio range, to meet the difficult to take off, easy to off and other crops of different harvest requirements, to maintain the best threshing capacity and better adaptability.

A combine harvester self-adaptive cleaning control apparatus, includes a return plate, a cleaning sieve, a cleaning centrifugal blower, an impurity collection and stirring auger, a grain collection and stirring auger, a cleaning grain loss monitoring sensor, a grain tank grain impurity rate automatic monitoring apparatus, and an on-line monitoring and control system. The on-line monitoring and control system is connected to the cleaning centrifugal blower, the cleaning grain loss monitoring sensor, the grain tank grain impurity rate automatic monitoring apparatus, and a power driving mechanism of a louver sieve having an adjustable opening. Also disclosed is a self-adaptive cleaning method of the cleaning apparatus which can automatically adjust various working parameters according to a working quality of a working process, control failure rate, and improve a down-time working time for the apparatus.
