The user's nail model may overlap at least a portion of the first pattern. The at least a portion of the first pattern overlapping the user's nail model may be used as a printing pattern. The present disclosure provides a printing control method, a printing control apparatus, a storage medium, and a printing device. The printing control method may be used for resetting a printing platform of the printing device to a preset starting position, including: detecting whether the limit switch is in a trigger state when receiving an electrical power-on signal of the printing device or a start printing command; controlling the printing platform to move according to a state of the limit switch and a corresponding route strategy; and controlling the printing platform to stop moving at the preset starting position when the state of the limit switch is detected that changed from a non-trigger state to a trigger stat, so that the printing platform stops at the preset starting position.
