The method includes delivering a balloon with an expandable distal end to the aortic valve, expanding the balloon so that the distal end of the balloon is expanded to push the leaflets upward from bottom of the aortic valve to reshape the leaflets, and forming a space compliant to a self-expandable interventional valve for release, thereby facilitating the following TAVR procedure, reducing the adverse consequences of the TAVR procedure, and improving the surgical stability and the surgical prognosis.

A delivery system facilitating retrieval of interventional device includes a sheath, an operation handle for driving the sheath to move, and a tube axially slidably engaging with the pusher section. The overfill prevention umbrella has an umbrella stand and an umbrella surface, and is self-biased such that, at body temperature, the umbrella surface is configured to always converge towards the center of the intercepting port. The thrombus filter assumes a first position when the thrombus intercepting net is released from the sheath, where the distal opening of the overfill prevention umbrella is pushed open by the intercepting port. The thrombus filter assumes a second position when the thrombus intercepting net is retrieved into the sheath, where the umbrella surface converges towards the center of the intercepting port, and the open end of the umbrella surface is constricted to prevent the thrombus from escaping.

The device has the low manufacturing cost and is convenient to clean due to the simple structure, fully satisfying the requirements for operation sanitation in use. Therefore, the production and maintenance costs are reduced and the expense shifted to consumers is lowered.
