The present disclosure discloses a speaker module, comprising a module housing and a speaker unit disposed in the module housing, wherein the speaker unit divides a cavity enclosed by the module housing into a front acoustic cavity and a rear acoustic cavity, the module housing is further provided with an air-permeable insulation assembly which divides the rear acoustic cavity into a first chamber and a second chamber, and the second chamber is filled with a sound-absorbing material, and wherein the air-permeable insulation assembly comprises a support frame and a mesh cloth adhered and fixed to the support frame by means of a back adhesive. The present disclosure can be used to prevent the problems of mesh breakage and mesh deviation that are likely to occur when the mesh cloth is being installed at the air-permeable insulation assembly, thereby improving the production yield of the air-permeable insulation assembly.

The present disclosure provides a speaker module comprising a module middle housing and a module upper housing disposed on the module middle housing, the module upper housing is provided thereon with an injection-molded steel sheet and the module middle housing is provided thereon with an in-built static-electricity-removing structure; the static-electricity-removing structure comprises a conductive plastic member and a metal insert connected with the conductive plastic member, the metal insert being injection molded in the module middle housing; the conductive plastic member is fixed on the module middle housing by means of secondary injection molding, and is configured for conduction with an external device; and the metal insert is connected with the injection-molded steel sheet.

A speaker module comprising a module middle housing and a static electricity removal structure; the static electricity removal structure comprises a conductive plastic member, a metal insert connected to the conductive plastic member, a conductive steel sheet and a fixing component; the module middle housing is provided with a protruding part on an outer lateral wall thereof; the metal insert and the fixing component are injection molded on the protruding part; the conductive steel sheet is connected to the metal insert with one end thereof and is connected to a first portion of an external device with the other end thereof; the conductive plastic member is fixed onto the protruding part by a secondary injection molding; the metal insert is conductively connected to the fixing component by the conductive plastic member; the speaker module is disposed at a second portion of the external device of the fixing component.

The present invention provides a sound generation device and a preparation method of a metal plastic part. The sound generation device comprises a metal plastic part. The metal plastic part comprises a plastic part and a metal insert that is combined with the plastic part. An oxidation film that is obtained through metal nanocrystallization and a nanopore that is formed in a surface of the oxidation film and has a pore diameter of 20-1,000 nm are arranged on a surface of the metal insert. The nanopore is filled with a resin composition from which the plastic part is made. As the nanopore is filled with the resin composition from which the plastic part is made, the metal insert and the plastic part are in close fit with each other, which greatly enhances the gluing capability of the metal insert and prevents the metal insert and the plastic part which are formed through injection molding from being separated. A length of a portion embedded into the plastic part of the metal insert is greatly reduced, such that transfer of ultrasonic energy is smooth. The metal plastic part is effectively prevented from ultrasonic unmelting. Thus, the waterproofness and the sealing property of the metal plastic part are improved. Accordingly, the performance of the sound generation device is improved.

Sound generation device and preparation method of metal plastic part

A protective apparatus for sound-absorbing particles () in a sounding apparatus, comprising a housing () and a rear acoustic cavity formed inside the housing (). The rear acoustic cavity is filled with sound-absorbing particles (). A sound circulation channel () communicating the rear acoustic cavity with the outside is provided on the housing (). A sound transmission layer () used for preventing the sound-absorbing particles () from being exposed covers an entrance of the sound circulation channel (). The sound transmission layer () of the protective apparatus separates the sound circulation channel () from the rear acoustic cavity, such that airflow in the rear acoustic cavity passes through the sound transmission layer () and then flows out of the sound circulation channel (). Configuration of the sound transmission layer () can hinder the sound-absorbing particles (), prevent the sound-absorbing particles () from entering the sound circulation channel (), and do not influence outflow of airflow. The problem in the prior art that sound-absorbing particles () are easily exposed or block a sound circulation channel () is solved, and the quality of a sounding apparatus is ensured.
