Embodiments include methods for a second node configured to serve a second cell in a wireless network. Such methods include receiving, from a first node, a mobility-related message including information associated with a plurality of first reference time information messages transmitted by the first node to a user equipment (UE). Such methods include, based on the received information, determining whether the second node can support reference time information delivery to the UE in the second cell. Such methods include, based on determining that the second node can support reference time information delivery to the UE, transmitting one or more second reference time information messages to the UE, each second reference time information message including an absolute reference time and a corresponding reference event within downlink transmissions by the second node. Other embodiments include complementary methods for the first node and network nodes configured to perform such methods.

Reference time delivery during mobility operations in a time-sensitive network (TSN)

According to certain embodiments, a method performed by a wireless device comprises receiving a first grant and a second grant from a network node. The first grant and the second grant are overlapping. The method comprises determining a prioritized one of the first grant and the second grant and constructing a Medium Access Control (MAC) Protocol Description Unit (PDU) for the prioritized grant of the first grant and the second grant. According to certain embodiments, a method performed by a network node comprises transmitting a first grant and a second grant to a wireless device. The first grant and the second grant are overlapping. The method comprises receiving a transmission from the wireless device on a prioritized one of the first grant and the second grant.

Multiple grant handling in mixed services scenarios

Apparatuses and methods are disclosed for pre-emption priority level for Uplink Control Information (UCI) and/or Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) conflict resolution. In one embodiment, a method implemented in a network node includes indicating to a wireless device (WD) a priority associated with at least one uplink (UL) channel; and receiving at least one UL signal based at least in part on the indicated priority. In another embodiment, a method implemented in a WD includes determining a priority associated with at least one of at least two uplink (UL) channels; and resolving a conflict between the at least two uplink channels based at least in part on the determined priority.

A new rule to define the HARQ process identifiers (IDs) for configured grant is introduced, in cases when multiple configured grant configurations are used. The method comprises receiving an uplink grant comprising a HARQ process ID; determining that a HARQ process associated with the HARQ process ID is configured for a configured uplink grant based on a HARQ process ID offset; and starting or restarting a configured grant timer for the HARQ process. In some embodiments, a method performed by a wireless device for configuring uplink grants includes receiving, from a network node, one or more indications to enable one or more configured grant configurations per cell and/or per BWP where at least one configured grant configuration indicating a plurality of transmission occasions within a period. Dynamic and flexible configurations for configured grants

Systems and methods are disclosed for random access in a wireless communication system such as, e.g., a wireless communication system having a non-terrestrial (e.g., satellite-based) radio access network. Embodiments of a method performed by a wireless device and corresponding embodiments of a wireless device are disclosed. Systems and methods for timing adaptation for satellite communications

A network node of a wireless communication network provides information to a User Equipment (UE) that allows the UE to adapt it radio measurements with respect to the network, to account for 'link changes.' Link changes are service-link and/or feeder-link changes arising from motion by the satellite(s) included in the Radio Access Network (RAN) portion of the network. The UE uses the provided information to adapt its radio measurements in conjunction with the link changes. Among the several advantages of accounting for satellite link changes in the manner contemplated are any one or more of reduced signaling going between the UE and the network, reduced battery consumption at the UE, mitigation of the effects of the link changes on the radio measurements, avoidance of spurious measurements, and an effective “automation” of the timed changeover by the UE to new measurement configurations, coincident with the occurrence of link changes.
