An energy storage device includes a box body, a battery module, and a heat insulation plate. The battery module includes multiple battery cells and a separator arranged on the multiple battery cells. The separator has multiple pressure relief holes arranged corresponding to explosion-proof valves of the multiple battery cells, respectively. The heat insulation plate is arranged between a top of the box body and the battery module. The heat insulation plate has multiple thinned regions. The separator includes multiple protrusions. The multiple protrusions are arranged between the multiple pressure relief holes and the multiple thinned regions, respectively. Each of the multiple protrusions is hollowed to form a communication end and a hollowed-out end. The communication end is in communication with a corresponding one of the multiple pressure relief holes. The hollowed-out end is configured to support a corresponding one of the multiple thinned regions and constructed to be hollowed.

Energy storage device and electrical device

A battery box includes end plates, side plates, and welding members. One of the end plates is provided between two adjacent side plates. The end plates and the side plates are connected to one another to enclose a cavity of the battery box. The welding members are formed by bending an end portion of a side plate or an end portion of an end plate multiple times. The end portion of the side plate and the end portion of the end plate are configured to implement the connection of the side plates and the end plates to one another to enclose the cavity of the battery box. The welding members are configured to be welded to a corresponding side plate.

Battery box and battery module

A battery box includes at least two end plates, at least two side plates, and a plurality of welding members. One of the at least two end plates is provided between two adjacent side plates of the at least two side plates. The at least two end plates and the at least two side plates are connected to one another to enclose a cavity of the battery box. The plurality of welding members are formed by bending an end portion of an end plate of the at least two end plates multiple times. The end portion of the end plate is configured to implement the connection of at least two side plates and the at least two end plates to one another to enclose the cavity of the battery box. The plurality of welding members are configured to be welded to a corresponding side plate.

The present application is provided with a battery box and a battery module. The battery box includes a plurality of end plates; a plurality of side plates, where one end plate is provided between adjacent side plates, and the end plates and the side plates enclose and form a cavity of the battery box. A plurality of welding members are formed by bending an end portion of each of the side plates and/or each of the end plates for enclosure for multiple times. Each of the welding members is configured to weld to a corresponding end plate or side plate.
