An ultra-miniature hinge type relay having high dielectric strength between contacts and long service life, including a bobbin, a movable spring armature component, a normally open stationary spring and a normally closed stationary spring; the bobbin including an upper flange, a lower flange and a winding window wound with enameled wires and connected between the upper and lower flange; the upper flange is provided with a normally open stationary spring insertion portion which having a first slot, and a normally closed stationary spring insertion portion having a second slot; the normally open stationary spring is inserted in the first slot and the normally closed stationary spring is inserted in the second slot, at least one ventilation slot is provided on the bobbin corresponding to a direction of movement of the arc generated when contacts are opened, and the ventilation slot is connected between the first and second space.

Ultra-miniature hinge type relay having high dielectric strength between contacts and long service life

The disclosure provides fixing structure between a metal part and a plastic part of a relay/circuit breaker, comprising a metal part, a first plastic part and a second plastic part. A positioning groove is disposed on the first plastic part, one portion of the metal part is inserted and positioned in the positioning groove, and the other portion of the metal part is positioned between the first plastic part, and the second plastic part; a through hole is disposed at the second plastic part near to the positioning groove, glue is dispensed into the positioning groove though the through hole. A first glue blocking rib suitably fitting with a corresponding side of the other portion is respectively disposed at a position of the first plastic part corresponding to both sides of the positioning groove to prevent the glue from following to an inside of the relay/circuit breaker.

Fixing structure between metal part and plastic parts of relay/circuit breaker

The present disclosure relates to an insertion structure between a stationary spring and a bobbin, comprising: a stationary spring and a bobbin; wherein the stationary spring is inserted into the bobbin by a flip-chip method, and the bobbin is provided with slots, each having a groove shape with a laterally open in formed by an L-shaped side wall connecting with a convex wall, and each of two sides of the stationary spring is provided with a convex part, and two convex parts of the stationary spring are respectively fitted into the two opposite slots; a first blocking wall is provided along a horizontally extending direction of protruding of the convex wall, and a second blocking wall is further provided between the first blocking wall and the L-shaped side wall to connect them, and the convex parts of the stationary spring are mounted.
