The present disclosure directs to a system and method for automated positioning of a subject. The method may include obtaining a scout image of a subject when the subject is positioned at a first position in an apparatus. The method may also include determining location information of a reference structure of the subject based on the scout image. The method may also include determining an offset between the first position of the subject relative to a characteristic point of the apparatus according to the location information of the reference structure. The method may further include moving the subject to a second position based on the offset. The method may still further include performing, using the apparatus, a procedure relating to a target structure of the subject located at the second position.

System and method for medical imaging

Systems and methods for determining a target area relating to a subject situated on a table of a medical system are provided. The medical system may include a first device of a first modality and a second device of a second modality. In some embodiments, the system may: identify a second target area relating to the subject for performing a second operation using the second device; determine, based on the second target area, an initial target area relating to the subject for performing a first operation using the first device; and determine a first target area relating to the subject for performing the first operation using the first device by adjusting the initial target area.

Disclosed systems and methods include a CPU coupled to one or more storage resources including a hybrid storage resource that is user-configurable during boot to allocate some, all, or none of its capacity as a conventional dual in-line memory module (DIMM) and some, all, or none of its capacity as a persistent storage resource. A utilization efficiency index (UEI) of the hybrid storage resource is assessed. The UEI may be determined based on a combination of memory resource utilization, a persistent storage resource utilization, and weighting parameters that reflect a comparative utility or value of memory vs storage resources. A target division between memory and storage resources may then be determined based on the UEI assessment. The hybrid storage resource may then be configured by dividing or allocating a first portion of its capacity to the volatile memory resource and a remaining portion of its capacity to the persistent storage resource.

Techniques for performing visual clustering with a hierarchical graph neural network framework including a joint linkage prediction and density estimation graph model are described. Embodiments herein recurrently run the joint linkage prediction and density estimation graph model to generate intermediate clusters in multiple iterations (e.g., until convergence) to obtain a final clustering result. In certain embodiments, for each iteration, the input graph contains nodes that are merged from nodes assigned to intermediate clusters from the previous iteration. By using a small and fixed bandwidth k in each iteration, embodiments herein alleviate the sensitivity to the k selection for different clustering applications. Certain embodiments herein remove the tuning of a different k (e.g., k-bandwidth) for k-nearest neighbor graph construction over different clustering applications.

The present disclosure provides a system and a method for generating an imaging report. The method may include obtaining first imaging information and second imaging information. The first and second imaging information may be acquired from an examination region of a subject using a first imaging device or a second imaging device, respectively. The method may include identifying at least one first target ROI based on the first imaging information, and determining first reporting information corresponding to the at least one first target ROI. The method may include identifying at least one second target ROI with respect to the second imaging information based on the at least one first target ROI, and determining second reporting information corresponding to the at least one second target ROI.
