An assembling equipment for performing asynchronous process on a first workpiece and a second workpiece. The assembling equipment includes a base and a conveying mechanism on the base. The conveying mechanism transports a first positioning assembly carrying a first workpiece and a second positioning assembly carrying a second workpiece to a first station synchronously, and a first attaching mechanism attaches a first component to the first workpiece at the first station. Then the conveying mechanism transports the first positioning assembly and the second positioning assembly to a second station synchronously, a second attaching mechanism attaches a second component to the second workpiece, and a first processing mechanism processes first workpiece that has been attached with the first component according to a preset requirement at the same time. The assembling equipment improves efficiency of production.

Assembling equipment

A joint assembly, a swing device and a robot are provided. The joint assembly includes a movable part defining a movable groove and a rotating part. The rotating part includes a rotating body being a spherical shape. The rotating body is rotatably received in the movable groove to adapt to the movable part. The rotating part defines an air hole with an air inlet and an air outlet. The air inlet is configured to receive introduced air, and the air outlet is configured to expel the air to the movable groove.

Robot

A universal joint includes a first rotating member, an annular connecting member, a pair of first connecting assemblies, a second rotating member, and a pair of second connecting assemblies. The annular connecting member is rotatably sleeved on the first rotating member, the connecting member defines a pair of first connecting holes at opposite sides and a pair of second connecting holes at opposite sides. The pair of first connecting assemblies respectively extends into the pair of first connecting holes to rotatably connect the first rotating member to the connecting member. The second rotating member is rotatably sleeved on the connecting member. The pair of second connecting assemblies respectively extends into the pair of second connecting holes to rotatably connect the second rotating member to the connecting member.

Universal joint

A flexspline protective structure includes a first rotation member, a second rotation member and a plurality of fixing members. The second rotation member is sleeved on the first rotation member. The plurality of fixing members fix the first rotation member and the second rotation member together and are capable of breaking off in the event of jamming or other mischance to enable the second rotation member to rotate freely relative to the first rotation member. The disclosure presents a robot arm mechanism equipped with the flexspline protective structure.

Flexspline protective structure and robot arm mechanism using same

A robot arm assembly includes a supporting arm, first and second mechanical arms, a first driving member, a second driving member, a first transmission mechanism between the first mechanical arm and the first driving member, and a second transmission mechanism between the second mechanical arm and the second driving member. The first driving member drives the first transmission mechanism to rotate the first mechanical arm. The second driving member drives the second transmission mechanism to rotate the second mechanical arm. The first driving member and the second driving member are both carried in the supporting arm and are arranged side by side.

Robot arm assembly

An industrial robot includes a support body, a moving platform, a pivot shaft, a plurality of driving devices, a plurality of transfer branch joints, and a base. The support body includes a main body, and an installing portion opposite to the main body; the pivot shaft is rotatably connected with the main body and the moving platform; the driving devices are positioned at a bottom of the main body; each transfer branch joint is movably connected with the moving platform and one corresponding driving device; the installing base includes a bottom base, and two supporting arms extending from opposite sides of the bottom base; the bottom base and the two supporting arms cooperatively forming a receiving space; the bottom base and the two supporting arms are detachable in relation to the installing portion and the main body; the main body is received in the receiving space.

Industrial robot

A robot arm assembly includes a first link, a second link, and a joint rotatably connecting the first link and the second link. The joint includes an actuator mounted on the first link, a harmonic drive including a wave generator, a flex spline fitting over the wave generator, and a circular spline engaging the flex spline, and a belt drive between the actuator and the harmonic drive. The flex spline is fixed to the first link, the circular spline is fixed to the second link, and the belt drive transmits the rotational movement from the actuator to the wave generator.

Robot arm assembly with harmonic drive

A rotary joint includes a shaft, at least one input member defining an input hole rotatably sleeved on the shaft, and a plurality of sealing members positioned between the shaft. the at least one input member and an output member are fixed on the shaft. The shaft, the at least one input member, and the sealing members defines a circular channel cooperatively communicating with the input hole. The output member defines at least one output hole corresponding to the input member. The shaft defines at least one transmission hole intercommunicating the at least one output hole and the circular channel.

Rotary joint and worktable using the same

A universal joint includes a first rotating assembly, a second rotating assembly and a linking member. The first rotating assembly includes a rotating member including a main body and a pair of rotating portions extending from opposite ends of the main body, a pivotal member rotatably connected to the pair of the rotating portions, and a pair of locking members respectively engaging with opposite ends of the pivotal member to prevent the pivotal member detaching from the rotating member. The second rotating assembly is the same as the first rotating assembly. The linking member extends into the pivotal member of the first rotating assembly and engages with the pivotal member of the second rotating assembly to connect the two pivotal members together.

A wrist housing, a wrist rotatably connected to the wrist housing, a first driver, a first transmission mechanism, a rotary member, a second driver, and a second transmission mechanism makes a robot arm assembly. The wrist housing is hollow. The first driver is assembled within the wrist housing for driving the wrist to rotate relative to the wrist housing along a first rotary axis. The first transmission mechanism is also assembled within the wrist housing and is positioned between the wrist and the first driver. The rotary member is rotatably assembled to a distal end of the wrist along a second rotary axis. The second driver is assembled within the wrist housing for driving the rotary member to rotate. The second transmission mechanism is assembled within the wrist housing, and is positioned between the second driver and the rotary member.

A robot arm assembly includes a support arm, a lower arm rotatably connected to the support arm, an upper arm rotatably connected to the lower arm, a first driver for driving the lower arm, a first transmission transferring power from the first driver to the lower arm, a second driver for driving the upper arm, and a second transmission transferring power from the second driver to the upper arm. The first and second drivers are mounted on the support arm. The second transmission includes a belt assembly, a beveled gear assembly driven by the belt assembly, and a speed reducer coupled to the upper arm.
