Provided is a microfluidic chip. The microfluidic chip includes a first substrate and a second substrate disposed opposite to each other and drive electrodes, first sensing electrodes and second sensing electrodes disposed on a side of the first substrate. A microfluidic channel is formed between the first substrate and the second substrate and configured to accommodate at least one droplet. Different drive voltage signals are applied to adjacent drive electrodes, so as to drive the at least one droplet to move. Detection signals are applied to the first sensing electrodes and the second sensing electrodes, and a position of the at least one droplet is determined according to a change in capacitance between one first sensing electrode and an electrode corresponding thereto and a change in capacitance between one second sensing electrode and an electrode corresponding thereto when the at least one droplet flows by.

The packaging substrate includes a through-hole wire-bonding area including a first insulating layer and a wire-bonding electrode sequentially formed on the substrate. The first insulating layer includes a first through hole, and the wire-bonding electrode covers the first through hole. In an area corresponding to the first through hole, the packaging substrate has wire-bonding bump electrodes on a side of the wire-bonding electrode away from the first insulating layer. The connecting wire includes a wire-bonding connection portion and a wire-bonding extension portion connected to the wire-bonding connection portion. The wire-bonding connection portion is fixedly connected to the wire-bonding electrode. A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a display area. The display area includes multiple pixel areas and multiple light transmissive areas arranged in an array. The display panel further includes a dimming part and at least one photosensitive component. Along a thickness direction of the display panel, at least a part of the dimming part at least partially overlaps with the light transmissive areas. The photosensitive component is electrically connected to the dimming part. The driver circuit includes N pixel electrodes, N pixel switches, a data switch, and a storage capacitor, N is a positive integer, and N≥2. The storage capacitor includes a reference electrode and a counter electrode. A control terminal of the pixel switch receives a gating signal, a first terminal of the pixel switch is connected to the counter electrode, and a second terminal of the pixel switch is connected to the pixel electrode. The driver board further includes data lines, and each data line is connected to the counter electrode via the data switch.

Provided for the first time in the present invention is a method for preparing a non-human primate somatic cell cloned animal, which method specifically comprises the steps of: (i) providing a reconstructed egg, wherein the egg comes from the non-human primate (ii) activating the reconstructed egg to form an activated reconstructed egg or activated reconstructed embryo formed by the reconstructed egg; (iii) reprogramming (a) the activated reconstructed egg or (b) embryonic cells of the activated reconstructed embryo to obtain a reprogrammed reconstructed egg or reprogrammed reconstructed embryo; and (iv) regenerating the reprogrammed reconstructed egg or reprogrammed reconstructed embryo to obtain the non-human primate somatic cell cloned animal. The method of the present invention can significantly improve the developmental capacity of nucleus-transplanted embryos in non-human primates (such as monkeys).
