A gene chip includes a chip carrier, a plurality of DNA nanoballs assembled on the chip carrier, and a polymer film formed on the chip carrier and wrapping the DNA nanoballs. The polymer film includes at least one of a film of a positively charged polymer, a film of a positively charged polymer which is modified, a film of a zwitterionic polymer, and a composite polymer film. The composite polymer film is formed by a layer-by-layer self-assembly process of a positively charged polymer and a negatively charged polymer. The gene chip has good sequencing quality and different functions can be achieved by coating with different polymers, such as the chip surface rapidly drying out and surface non-specific adsorption. A method of preparing a gene chip is further disclosed.

Gene chip and method of preparing the same

A assembling apparatus includes an electric cabinet, a manipulator, a conveying assembly, and a distribution assembly. The manipulator is controlled by the electric cabinet. The conveying assembly includes a vibration plate and a guide rail, the vibration plate is controlled by the electric cabinet. The distribution assembly includes a driving apparatus, a distribution board, and a connection board, the driving apparatus is directed by the electric cabinet, the guide rail is connected between the vibration plate and the connection board, and the distribution board is connected to the driving apparatus. The vibration plate conveys workpieces to the guide rail, the driving apparatus drives the distribution board to communicate with the connection board, the workpieces pass through the connection board and the distribution board, and the manipulator lifts the workpieces from the distribution board.

Assembling apparatus for workpieces

A sifting device for components such as nuts includes a box, a supporting frame, a guiding board, and a covering board. The box receives the components. The guiding board is secured on the supporting frame and defines a receiving recess and a sliding groove, the receiving recess communicates with the box and the sliding groove. The covering board covers the guiding board and defines a plurality of holes as air jets, the plurality of holes aim at the receiving recess and the sliding groove to blow the components through the sifting device in an orderly manner.

A sifting device for workpieces includes a box, an electric cabinet, a sifting assembly, an air blower, and an collector. The box receives the workpieces. The sifting assembly is received in the box, and includes a baffle and a guiding board, the guiding board defines a plurality of gaps, and a slit is formed between the baffle and the guiding board, and communicates with the plurality of gaps. The air blower is directed by the electric cabinet and communicates with the gap to adjust a direction of the workpieces to allow the workpieces to pass through the gap and the slit. The collector communicates with the slit to output the workpieces.
