A handling mechanism to convey workpieces, includes a mounting seat, a first sliding member, a first driving assembly, a second sliding member, a second driving assembly, and a clamping assembly. The first sliding member is slidably mounted on the mounting seat. The first driving assembly is mounted on the mounting seat and capable of driving the first sliding member to slide along the longitudinal direction of the mounting seat. The second sliding member is slidably mounted on the first sliding member. The second driving assembly is mounted on the first sliding member and capable of driving the second sliding member to slide along a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the mounting seat. The clamping assembly is fixed to the second sliding member for clamping workpieces. The present invention further discloses a punching machine using the same.

Handling mechanism and punching machine using the same

A workpiece orientation apparatus includes a base, two pushing bars, a linear actuator, a connecting member, at least one first connecting bar, and a second connecting bar. The two pushing bars are slidably connected to the base and aligned apart along a first direction. The linear actuator is mounted on the base. The connecting member is driven by the linear actuator to move back and forth along a second direction. One end of the first connecting bar is rotatably connected to the connecting member, and the other end of the first connecting bar is rotatably connected to one of the two pushing bars. One end of the second connecting bar is connected to the first connecting bar and is rotatably assembled together on the connecting member. The other end of the second connecting bar is rotatably connected to the other of the two pushing bars.

Workpiece orientation apparatus

A speed reducing mechanism includes a speed reducer and a bearing engaged with the speed reducer. The speed reducer includes a driving member, a first transmission member and a second transmission member. The driving member is connected to the first transmission member. The first transmission member forms a plurality of first engaging teeth, and the second transmission member forms a plurality of second engaging teeth. The total number or count of the first engaging teeth is different from that of the second engaging teeth. The bearing includes a bearing cone, a bearing cup, and roller bearings mounted between the bearing cone and the bearing cup. The first transmission member is fixed to the bearing cup, and the second transmission member is fixed to the bearing cone.

Speed reducing mechanism

A retractable shielding apparatus includes an adjusting base, a fixing base, two retractable shields, a shuttle, and a cable. The two retractable shields are assembled to two ends of the shuttle respectively with one corresponding end thereof. The adjusting base and the fixing base are respectively fixed to the opposite other end of the corresponding two retractable shields. The cable adjustably connects the adjusting base, the two retractable shields, the shuttle and the fixing base together. The shuttle is slidably located between the adjusting base and the fixing base and is configured to slide along the path formed by the cable, such that the two retractable shields can be extended or retracted together with the shuttle.

Retractable shielding apparatus

A clamp mechanism includes a base defining two first sliding grooves, a sliding member slidable relative to the base and two second sliding grooves corresponding to the first sliding grooves respectively, a pair of first connecting members slidably received in the first sliding grooves respectively, a pair of second connecting members slidably received in the second sliding grooves respectively, a first clamp member connected to one first connecting member and one second connecting member, a second clamp member connected to the other first connecting member and the other second connecting member, an impelling member fixed to the sliding member; and a driver capable of driving the sliding member along with the first and second clamp members to move toward or away from each other in order to clamp or release an object, and the impelling member capable of removing the object when the object is released.
