The present disclosure discloses a processor. The processor is used to perform parallel computation and includes a logic die and a memory die. The logic die includes a plurality of processor cores and a plurality of networks on chip, wherein each processor core is programmable. The plurality of networks on chip are correspondingly connected to the plurality of processor cores, so that the plurality of processor cores form a two-dimensional mesh network. The memory die and the processor core are stacked vertically, wherein the memory die includes a plurality of memory tiles, and when the processor performs the parallel computation, the plurality of memory tiles do not have cache coherency; wherein, the plurality of memory tiles correspond to the plurality of processor cores in a one-to-one or one-to-many manner.

The disclosure relates to the field of electronic materials, and in particular to a composite film of fluorinated polybenzoxazole (6FPBO) and triple-shelled mesoporous silica hollow spheres, and to its preparation and use. The composite film comprises fluorinated polybenzoxazole as a matrix and amino-functionalized triple-shelled mesoporous silica hollow spheres which are dispersed in the fluorinated polybenzoxazole matrix. A mass ratio of (amino-functionalized triple-shelled mesoporous silica hollow spheres)/(fluorinated polybenzoxazole) is 1/100 to 5/100. The composite film has excellent thermal stability and a lower dielectric constant.

An apparatus includes an interface circuit and a control circuit. The interface circuit may be configured to receive pixel data corresponding to a field of view of a camera. An apparatus including a rolling shutter image sensor, a structured light projector and a processor. The rolling shutter image sensor may be configured to capture images. The structured light projector may be configured to generate a structured light pattern. When the leachate is treated, the leachate is pretreated by the pretreatment unit to successively enter the anaerobic reactor, the nitrification cycle unit and the anaerobic ammonium oxidation cycle unit for carbon removal and denitrification.
