The present application includes an automation control device with a control panel, the control panel comprising at least one button with specified control function; and at least one luminous element located adjacent to the at least one button; wherein the at least one button is operable in a locked mode and a standby mode; in the locked mode, the press on the button would not trigger the specified control function of the button but would light up the at least one luminous element and switch the button into the standby mode; and in the standby mode, the at least one luminous element keeps in lighting, and the press on the button would trigger the specified control function of the button. The automation device is adapted for safe and correct operation in dim or dark environment.

Automation control device

An electric pole-type automatic warehouse robot comprises a frame; mecanum wheels and drive wheels provided at a bottom of the frame, with the mecanum wheels being located at four corners thereof and the drive wheels being located at the middle of tow opposite sides thereof; a drive motor provided on the frame and connected to the drive wheels; a barrier module provided at a head of the frame; a rotating pallet module provided at an upper portion of the frame; a rotating motor provided within the rotating pallet module; electric poles provided on the frame and located at a bottom of the rotating pallet module; a hole provided in the frame; a first camera arranged above the hole; a second camera arranged below the hole. The robot provides an automatic operation mode with simplified mechanism design of robot, so as to increase the reliability, load-bearing capacity, running speed and security of the robot.

Linear actuator-type automatic warehouse robot

A standalone automation device () comprises: a removable memory port (), configured to transmit data between the device () and the equipment () which also has a removable memory port; a removable memory control unit (), comprising a signal convertor () for converting a removable memory interface to a serial interface; a power supply unit (), configured to provide power supply when the device () is connected to the equipment () and disconnected to the field, and an isolation unit (), configured to isolate the power supply. Compared with the existing prior arts, the proposed solution is convenient for connecting with the computer or cellphone, especially with isolation solution for power supply.
