The present disclosure provides an isolated antigen binding protein. The isolated antigen binding protein can specifically bind to properdin. The present disclosure also provides an anti-properdin antibody and a preparation method and an application thereof.

Properdin binding protein and use thereof

The present disclosure provides a method to translocate a molecule across cellular membrane by using a transferrin-binding protein. The transferrin-binding protein is capable of specifically binding to transferrin and not disturbing the interaction between transferrin and transferrin receptor.

Transferrin binding antibodies and use thereof

The present application pertains to a fusion protein, comprising a transferrin-binding protein, and an arylsulfatase A (ARSA) or functionally active fragment thereof, wherein the transferrin-binding protein comprises a peptide, an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment of the antibody capable of binding transferrin. The other aspect of the present application provides the preparing methods and the uses of the fusion protein.
