Disclosed is an acoustic device, comprising a sound generating unit, a sound wave at a front side of the vibrating diaphragm radiates to outside through the sound outlet, a first sealed cavity is formed at a rear side of the vibrating diaphragm, a cavity wall of the first sealed cavity is provided with a mounting hole, a flexible deformation part is provided at the mounting hole, the second sealed cavity encloses a sound wave, in the second sealed cavity, a protective cover plate located at outside of the flexible deformation part is further provided on the mounting hole, and an escape space used for avoiding vibration of the flexible deformation part is formed between the protective cover plate and the flexible deformation part; air permeable micropores are provided on the protective cover plate, the air permeable micropores have an area less than or equal to 0.2 mm.

The present disclosure relates to a loudspeaker module and an electronic device. The loudspeaker module include a loudspeaker unit, a steel sheet and a module housing, wherein the loudspeaker unit is fixed in the module housing and divides an internal space of the module housing into a front chamber and a back chamber; the steel sheet is formed on the module housing by of injection molding; and a hot-melt bonding medium is provided at the position where the steel sheet and the module housing are combined. A technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to prevent a gap between a module housing and a steel sheet from occurring during injection molding with the combination strength between the steel sheet and the module housing also being improved, thereby preventing the audio performance of a loudspeaker module from being affected.

Disclosed is a loudspeaker, comprising a casing () and a vibration system. The vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm () and a sound coil () fixed at a side of the vibrating diaphragm. A joint portion is arranged at an edge of the vibrating diaphragm (). The joint portion is bonded and fixed to the casing (). A recessed adhesive accommodating structure () is arranged at an end face connecting the casing () to the joint portion. The adhesive accommodating structure () is arranged corresponding to an adhesive surface between the vibrating diaphragm () and the casing (), and is an annular structure. According to the present invention, the loudspeaker's acoustic performance is stabilized, while the vibrating diaphragm () and the casing () can be firmly connected to each other.

Disclosed is a loudspeaker module comprising a module housing, wherein a loudspeaker unit is accommodated in the module housing; the loudspeaker unit comprises a unit housing and a unit front cover; an end surface of a sidewall of at least one side of the unit housing is provided with an ultrasonic surface welded to the module housing by means of ultrasound; and an ultrasonic line bonded with the ultrasonic surface by means of ultrasound is provided at a position on the module housing corresponding to the ultrasonic surface. The loudspeaker module of the present invention solves the technical problems of a complex assembly process, poor sealing performance and poor appearance of the loudspeaker module in the prior art, and the loudspeaker module of the present invention has a simple assembly process, good sealing performance, high quality appearance, excellent acoustic performance, high production efficiency and low production cost.

The present invention discloses a speaker module and an assembling method of the speaker module and relates to the technical field of electroacoustic products. The structure of the housing of the module is improved in the present invention, so that first performing the ultrasonic welding between the shells, then mounting the speaker monomer into the inner cavity of the module and at last sealing the front acoustic cavity by coating the glue are realized, which effectively solves the disadvantages caused by first mounting the speaker monomer and then performing ultrasonic welding in prior art. According to the present invention, in the course of the assembling, the occurrence of the problems of the damage of the speaker monomer, the deformation or breaking of the shells and the leakage of the front and the rear acoustic cavity is avoided, and the end products of the speaker modules of the present invention have a high qualified rate.
