The object of the invention is to provide a novel olefin-based molded product useful for various applications. An olefin-based molded product comprising a polymer including a structural unit of at least one polar olefin monomer represented by the general formula (I) CH═CH—R—Z(R)is provided. In the formula, Z is a hetero atom selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorus, sulfur, and selenium; Ris a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms; n is an integer of 1 or 2 depending on the atomic species of Z; and Ris a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbylene group having 2 to 20 carbon atoms.

Molded product comprising polarized olefin-based polymer and property thereof

An object of the present invention is to provide a novel method of producing a nonpolar olefin polymer (e.g., a copolymer of a nonpolar olefin and a polar olefin). The present invention provides a method of producing a polar olefin polymer or copolymer, the method including the polymerization step of polymerizing a polar olefin monomer using, as a catalyst, a polymerization catalyst composition containing: 1) a metallocene complex represented by Formula (I), which contains a central metal M that is scandium (Sc) or yttrium (Y), a ligand Cp* containing a cyclopentadienyl derivative and being bound to the central metal, monoanionic ligands Qand Q, and W neutral Lewis bases L wherein W is an integer of 0 to 3; and 2) an ionic compound composed of a non-coordinating anion and a cation. 

Production method for polar olefin polymer and copolymer

The object of the invention is to provide a novel olefin-based molded product useful for various applications. An olefin-based molded product comprising a polymer including a structural unit of at least one polar olefin monomer represented by the general formula (I) CH&#x2550;CH&#x2014;R&#x2014;Z(R)is provided. A novel complex capable of fixing dinitrogen and use thereof are provided. A complex represented by formula (1A) or (1B) or a cationic or anionic complex from the complex: wherein M1 to M4 (M1 to M3 in the case of formula (1A)) are each independently Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, or W, and L1 to L4 (L1 to L3 in the case of formula (1A)) are each independently a ligand selected from among a ligand (Cp) including a substituted or unsubstituted cyclopentadienyl derivative, a diphenylamine ligand, a diphenylphosphine ligand, and a carboimideamide ligand.

Complex and use of same

A compound according to the present invention is represented by the general formula (1): as defined herein. The present invention relates to such a copolymer comprising an olefin and an aromatic vinyl compound that has a syndiotactic structure, high block property and a wide molecular weight distribution. Metal complex containing tridentate ligand, and polymerization catalyst comprising the same

The present invention provides 3,4-isoprene-based polymer with high regioregularity, in particular high tacticity. Specifically, the present invention provides an isoprene-based polymer, including a structural unit represented by Formula (I) in Claims, wherein the isotacticity of an arrangement of the structural units is 99% mmmm or more in terms of pentad content. Further, the present invention provides a production method for the isoprene-based polymer, which comprises polymerizing an isoprene-based compound in the presence of a polymerization catalyst containing a complex represented by the following Formula (A) in Claims.

Isotactic 3,4-isoprene-based polymer

A catalyst composition for polymerization of a conjugated diene or copolymerization of a conjugated diene and an aromatic vinyl compound, which comprises the following components: (A) a metallocene-type complex of a rare earth metal compound (samarium complex etc.), and (B) an ionic compound composed of a non-coordinate anion and a cation (triphenylcarbonium tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)borate etc.) and/or an aluminoxane. The catalyst composition is useful for producing a polymer having a high cis-1,4-configuration content in the microstructure and a narrow molecular weight distribution.

Catalyst composition

The present invention relates to a catalyst for polymerization of a conjugated diene or the like, which is composed of a metallocene-type cation complex of a gadolinium compound. Examples of such catalyst include a metallocene-type cation complex of a trivalent gadolinium compound represented by the general formula (I): RGdX(wherein, Gd represents gadolinium; R represents a cyclopentadienyl group, a substituted cyclopentadienyl group, an indenyl group, a substituted indenyl group, a fluorenyl group, or a substituted fluorenyl group; X represents an anion; 'a' represents an integer of 1 or 2; and 'b' represents an integer of 1 or 2). The present invention provides a catalyst by which polymerization of a conjugated diene or copolymerization of a conjugated diene and an aromatic vinyl compound can be carried out efficiently and inexpensively.

The present invention relates to a catalyst composition for polymerization of a conjugated diene, comprising: (A) a metallocene-type complex represented by a general formula (I): (CRRRRR)MX.L(where, M represents a rare earth metal; CRRRRRrepresents a substituted cyclopentadienyl group; Rto Rrepresent the same or different hydrocarbon groups (except when R=R=R=R=R=a methyl group); X represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkoxide group, a thiolate group, an amide group, or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms; L represents a Lewis basic compound; 'a' represents an integer of 1, 2, or 3; 'b' represents an integer of 0, 1, or 2; and &#x201c;c&#x201d; represents an integer of 0, 1, or 2); and (B) an ionic compound composed of a non-coordinating anion and a cation, and/or an aluminoxane. The present invention provides a catalyst composition for polymerization for production of a polymer having a high content of cis-1,4-configuration in microstructure and a narrow molecular weight distribution.
