The present disclosure discloses an LLC resonant converter and a method for suppressing ripples in output voltage of the LLC resonant converter. The LLC resonant converter comprises: a half-bridge or full-bridge chopper having a driving circuit, an inductance-capacitance series resonant network coupled to the chopper, an isolation transformer coupled to the resonant network, and a rectification and filtering circuit coupled to the isolation transformer; a feedforward controller coupled to generate a feedforward signal based on an input voltage; and a controlled oscillator coupled to receive the feedforward signal from the feedforward controller and to control an operating frequency of the chopper via the driving circuit based on the feedforward signal. Thus, a feedforward correction is provided for the LLC resonant converter, so that ripples in a DC output voltage of the LLC resonant converter are reduced.

LLC resonant converter and method for suppressing ripples in output voltage thereof

A stator and a rotor are mounted inside a case of a permanent magnet motor, and separate the inner cavity of the case into a first inner cavity and a second inner cavity. An air gap is formed between an inner circle surface of the stator and an outer circle surface of the rotor. Axial ventilation holes in communication with the first inner cavity and with the second inner cavity are disposed in teeth of a stator core. The rotor comprises a rotor core and rotor pressing rings disposed in an axial direction at both sides of the rotor core. A partition is disposed between the rotor core and at least one of the rotor pressing rings. An outer edge of the partition extends into the air gap, thus enhancing the air blocking effect and realizing a higher cooling efficiency.

Permanent magnet motor with axial ventilation holes, refrigeration compressor and air conditioning unit

A stator and a rotor are mounted inside a case of the permanent magnet motor, and separate the inner cavity of the case into a first inner cavity and a second inner cavity. Axial ventilation holes in communication with the first inner cavity and with the second inner cavity, are disposed in teeth of a stator core of the stator, and each axial ventilation hole is a taper hole extending in a height direction of each tooth. The width of one end of the axial ventilation hole, which is close to a head of the tooth, is greater than the width of the other end of the axial ventilation hole, which is close to a root of the tooth. The taper holes enable fluid to fully carry out exchange heat at the teeth where heat is generated most intensively.

Permanent magnet motor, refrigeration compressor and air conditioning unit

Disclosed are a terminal mechanism, a permanent magnet adjustable-speed motor and a centrifugal refrigeration compressor. The terminal mechanism comprises a terminal board, power supply connectors and sealing rings; the terminal board is made of steel, and the magnetic permeability &#x3bc; of the steel is less than or equal to 1.31&#xd7;10H/m. The terminal board is a flat board having an upper surface and a lower surface, and is provided with terminal holes thereon. The sealing rings are sleeved on the power supply connectors. The power supply connectors are fixed on the terminal board through the terminal holes. The sealing rings are in sealing engagement with the terminal board, so as to reduce heat generated by an electric eddy current.
