A power tool system includes a power tool and a cloud sever configured to receive an upgrading file for upgrading the power tool. The power tool is adapted for wireless communication with the cloud server and includes a motor, a driving module for driving the motor, a control module for outputting a control signal to the driving module, and an IoT module for establishing a wireless communication link between the power tool and the cloud server. The IoT module, the driving module and control module share a bus, and the upgrading file is simultaneously distributed to the control module and/or the driving module through the bus.

Power tool system and upgrading method for the same

A power tool system includes a power tool; a battery pack detachably connected to the power tool, and a cloud server capable of wirelessly communicating with the power tool. The power tool includes a wireless communication unit configured to establish a wireless communication link with an external device and a file storage unit coupled to the wireless communication unit and configured to store content data in a preset data structure. The preset data structure includes a packet header configured for information transmission, a packet tail including a check bit, and a data packet body including a data length, a data type, a packet serial number, data content and an electronic serial number. A simple and efficient method of deduplicating data is used to release the memory space of the memory and improve data transmission efficiency.

A battery pack includes a housing, a battery cell group accommodated in the housing, a plurality of battery pack connection terminals coupled to the connection terminals of an electrical device, including a battery pack positive power terminal electrically connected to a positive pole of the battery cell group, a battery pack negative power terminal electrically connected to a negative pole of the battery cell group, a first battery pack terminal to transmit a first type of data, and a second battery pack terminal to transmit a second type of data. Also, a data transmission method between the battery pack and the electrical device enables data collection for data analysis while ensuring normal operation of the battery pack and the electrical device.

An electrical device includes a housing, at least one adapter interface to enable one or more battery packs to be detachably mounted to the electrical device, a control module, and a communication module including a wireless communication module and a storage module. The storage module is used for storing an upgrade file from an external device. The upgrade file includes an upgrade program to update the program of the control module. The communication module is configured to receive the upgrade file from the external device through a wireless communication module, store the upgrade file in the storage module, and send the upgrade file to the control module to update the program of the control module if preset conditions are met.

Electrical device and program update method thereof

A lawn mower includes a blade configured to cut grass, a chassis, configured to accommodate the blade, and front and rear wheels connected to the chassis. A motor is configured to drive at least the rear wheel to rotate. A detection apparatus detects the rotational speed of the front wheel and a controller controls the motor. Accordingly, the speed of a front wheel is detected to control a moving speed of the lawn mower, thereby enhancing the performance of the lawn mower and improving the user's experience.
