The present invention relates to a method for obtaining a fraction oil yield from petroleum hydrocarbons in a distillation column, wherein said distillation column comprises a fractionation stage, a vaporization section and a stripping stage from the top to the bottom of the distillation column. The method comprises preheating and sending a feedstock oil of petroleum hydrocarbons through a pressure-feeding system at a pressure of 100-1000 kPa higher than the vaporization section pressure of the distillation column, wherein said preheating is conducted in a heating furnace, wherein said heating furnace has an outlet pressure of 100-1000 kPa higher than the vaporization section absolute pressure, and an outlet temperature of 360-460&#xb0; C.

A catalytic conversion process for increasing the light olefin yields, which comprises bringing a hydrocarbon oil feedstock into contact with a catalytic conversion catalyst in a catalytic conversion reactor including one or more reaction zones to carry out the reaction, wherein the hydrocarbon oil feedstock is subjected to the catalytic conversion reaction in the presence of an inhibitor; and separating the reactant vapor optionally containing the inhibitor from the coke deposited catalyst, wherein a target product containing ethylene and propylene is obtained by separating the reactant vapor, and the coke deposited catalyst is stripped and regenerated for recycle use by being returned to the reactor. The process can weaken the further converting reaction of produced light olefins such as ethylene and propylene to 50-70% of the original level by injecting the inhibitor; thereby it can increase the yields of the target products. When vacuum gas oil is used as the feedstock, the yield of ethylene is as high as 8.73 wt % and that of propylene is as high as 29.30 wt %, increasing by 14.4% and 26.6% respectively comparing to those obtained without the inhibitor being injected.

Catalytic conversion method of increasing the yield of lower olefin

The present invention relates to a slurry bed loop reactor comprising a riser and at least one downcomer (), wherein two ends of the riser are connected to two ends of the downcomer () via lines () and (), respectively. The riser comprises a reaction section () and a settling section () with an increased tube diameter disposed on the reaction section (). A gas outlet () exists at the top of the settling section (). Each of the downcomers () is divided into a filtrate section () and a slurry section () by filter medium (), wherein the filtrate section () is connected to a liquid outlet (); two ends of the slurry section () are respectively connected to two ends of the riser, and the filtrate region () may further be connected to a back purging system. When used in a gas-liquid-solid three phases reaction system, the reactor can realize successive separation of gas, liquid and solid particles in slurry, and realize the back purging regeneration of filter tubes without influencing the reaction processes. In addition, said reactor has the advantages of high separation efficiency, simple structure, flexible and easy operation.

Slurry bed loop reactor and use thereof

A conversion apparatus for catalytic cracking a hydrocarbon feed to light hydrocarbon comprises at least one riser reactor, a dense bed reactor, a disengager, and a stripper. A dense bed reactor which is separated from disengage, is employed to enforce further cracking hydrocarbon to light olefins, with low methane yield. Moreover, the spent catalysts discharged from the outlet of the dense bed reactor can be introduced into the stripper via a specific catalyst transporting channel, to maintain catalyst concentration in the dense bed reactor that can be advantageous to deeper cracking of the intermediate products to produce more light olefins, particularly propylene.
