The present disclosure relates to the technical field of display, and provides a bearing substrate, a binding assembly, and a binding method thereof. The bearing substrate may be bound to an integrated substrate. A thermal expansion coefficient of the bearing substrate is greater than a thermal expansion coefficient of the integrated substrate. The integrated substrate includes a plurality of second binding terminals distributed at equal intervals in a same direction. The bearing substrate includes a plurality of first binding terminal sets distributed at equal intervals in a first direction, and each of the first binding terminal sets includes a plurality of first binding terminals distributed at equal intervals in the first direction for binding with the plurality of the second binding terminals one-to-one.

Bearing substrate, binding assembly and binding method thereof

A display panel has a display region, a fan-out region located on a side of the display region, and a bonding region located on a side of the fan-out region away from the display region. The display panel includes a gate driving circuit disposed in the display region, a plurality of data lines and a plurality of control signal lines that all extends from the display region to the fan-out region, and a plurality of data fan-out leads and a plurality of first fan-out leads that are all disposed in the fan-out region. Each data line is electrically connected to a data fan-out lead. The data fan-out leads are gathered to the bonding region. The control signal lines are electrically connected to the gate driving circuit. Each control signal line is electrically connected to a first fan-out lead. The first fan-out leads are gathered to the bonding region.

The display panel includes: a base substrate, including a display region and a peripheral region adjacent to the display region; a first power trace, disposed in the peripheral region and on a side of the base substrate; a connecting trace, disposed in the peripheral region and on a side of the base substrate; a plurality of signal lines, disposed in the display region and the peripheral region; an insulating layer, disposed in the display region and the peripheral region; and a cathode layer, disposed in the display region and the peripheral region.

A display substrate and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of sensing signal lines. The base substrate includes a display region including repeating units arranged in array, each repeating unit includes a transparent region and a pixel region arranged in a first direction. Two lines of repeating units are provided between adjacent two of the plurality of sensing signal lines, the two lines of repeating units extend along a second direction, and each of the plurality of sensing signal lines is connected with sub-pixel driving circuits of the plurality of sub-pixels of two lines of repeating units which are adjacent to the each of the plurality of sensing signal lines and extend along the second direction, and is configured to provide a reference voltage signal. The display substrate reduces the space occupied by the signal lines and improves the light transmittance.

A light-emitting substrate includes a base substrate, light-emitting device(s) and a first insulating layer. A light-emitting device includes a first electrode, a light-emitting functional layer and a second electrode that are sequentially stacked. The first electrode includes a second sub-electrode and a first sub-electrode. The second sub-electrode includes a first portion covered by the first sub-electrode and a second portion except for the first portion. The first insulating layer has a first opening and a second opening. A portion of a side face of the first sub-electrode located on the second sub-electrode is covered by the first insulating layer. A portion of the light-emitting functional layer located in the first opening is in contact with the first sub-electrode, and a portion of the light-emitting functional layer located in the second opening is in contact with the second portion in the second sub-electrode.

Light-emitting substrate and display apparatus

A display panel includes: a substrate, sub-pixels and a gate drive circuit. The sub-pixel includes a pixel drive circuit. The gate drive circuit includes cascaded shift registers, and a shift register is electrically connected to pixel drive circuits in a row of sub-pixels. The gate drive circuit further includes cascade input signal lines and cascade display reset signal lines. The cascade input signal line is configured to connect a shift signal terminal and an input signal terminal of two different shift register; and the cascade display reset signal line is configured to connect a shift signal terminal and a display reset signal terminal of two different shift register. The display panel has sub-pixel regions for arranging the sub-pixels and first gap regions each located between two adjacent columns of sub-pixel regions; the cascade display reset signal lines and the cascade input signal lines are disposed in different first gap regions.

The transparent display device includes a base substrate and a plurality of pixels arranged in an array form on the base substrate. Each pixel includes a transparent region and a display region, and a scattering structure for scattering light is arranged along a boundary between the transparent region and the display region.

The first conductive film layer includes a first light-shielding portion between the substrate and the drive active layer, and an orthographic projection of the first light-shielding portion on the substrate at least partially overlaps the orthographic projection of the drive active layer on the substrate.

The present disclosure provides a display substrate, a display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The display substrate includes a first substrate, a pixel defining layer on the first substrate and including a plurality of sub-pixel openings, and at least one recess on a side of the display substrate away from the first substrate. An orthographic projection of the at least one recess on the first substrate and orthographic projections of the plurality of sub-pixel openings on the first substrate do not overlap.

A display substrate and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a base substrate and a light-shielding layer. The base substrate includes a display region including repeating units, each repeating unit includes a transparent region and a pixel region, the pixel region includes sub-pixels, each sub-pixel includes a sub-pixel driving circuit and a light-emitting element, and the light-emitting element includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a light-emitting layer located between the first electrode and the second electrode. The light-shielding layer is located on a side of the sub-pixel driving circuit close to the base substrate, at least part of an orthographic projection of the light-shielding layer on a main surface of the base substrate overlaps with an orthographic projection of the sub-pixel driving circuit on the main surface of the base substrate, and the light-shielding layer is connected with the second electrode.

The present disclosure provides a display substrate, including: a base substrate, which includes a display region and a driving region arranged on at least one side of the display region; a first electrode layer disposed in the display region; a signal output part disposed in the driving region, the first electrode layer is electrically coupled to the signal output part, the first electrode layer comprises a plurality of electrode regions each having a same area; and a plurality of auxiliary electrodes, which are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of electrode regions and configured to be coupled in parallel with the first electrode layer, a resistance of each auxiliary electrode is inversely correlated with a minimum distance from the electrode region corresponding to said each auxiliary electrode to the signal output part. The display substrate further includes a silicon organic glass layer on a side of at least one of the first thin film transistor or the second thin film transistor away from a base substrate; and the photosensor is on a side of the silicon organic glass layer away from the base substrate.

Provided is a display substrate including a substrate, and a light-emitting device and an optical compensation structure which are located on the substrate. The optical compensation structure includes a photoelectric sensor, a transistor and a capacitor, and the photoelectric sensor is electrically connected to the transistor and the capacitor respectively. The photoelectric sensor includes a first electrode, a photosensitive layer located on a side of the first electrode distal from the substrate, and a second electrode located on a side of the photosensitive layer distal from the substrate; the transistor includes a source electrode, a drain electrode, a gate electrode and an active layer; and the capacitor includes a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate located on a side of the first electrode plate distal from the substrate.
