The present disclosure provides a light source system and a projection device. The light source system includes: a laser light source, a supplementary light source, a wavelength conversion device and an imaging subsystem. The laser light source is configured to emit laser light. The supplementary light source is configured to emit supplementary light. The wavelength conversion device is configured to convert the laser light into excited light and output first light including the excited light and the laser light. The imaging subsystem is configured to form a first light imaging beam, a supplementary light imaging beam, and a mixed light imaging beam; the imaging subsystem includes a light combining device and a reflective assembly, the light combining device is placed at an intersection of the first light imaging beam and the supplementary light imaging beam, and the reflective assembly is placed between the wavelength conversion device and the light combining device.

Light-source system for optical projection and projection device comprising the same

A display control system and a display device. The display control system () comprises a control unit for controlling a light source () to be in a bright field and a dark field alternately in the same frame of data, and controlling the status switching of a light valve of a spatial light modulator () to be within the time of the dark field of the light source. The display device comprises the display control system (). The control unit controls the bright field and the dark field of the light source, so that the light valve of the spatial light modulator () has a relatively long switching time, thereby increasing the switching speed of the light valve, reducing the difficulty for manufacturing the spatial light modulator (), and improving the accuracy for the spatial light modulator () to modulate the light source.

Display control system and display device

A stereoscopic image projection device and stereoscopic display glasses include a light source system for sequentially generating a first broad spectrum light and a second broad spectrum light; a light splitter for splitting the first broad spectrum light into a first wavelength light and a second wavelength light, each having different wavelengths, and splitting the second broad spectrum light into a third wavelength light and a fourth wavelength light, each having different wavelengths; and a controller for simultaneously controlling the first wavelength light to display a corresponding color in a left-eye image and the second wavelength light to display a corresponding color in a right-eye image, and simultaneously controlling the third wavelength light to display a corresponding color in the left-eye image and the fourth wavelength light to display a corresponding color in the right-eye image. At the same time, the left eye of a viewer can see the first wavelength light or the third wavelength light, and the right eye thereof can see the second wavelength light or the fourth wavelength light, such that the left and right eyes of the viewer simultaneously receive light rays, thus relieving fatigue to the eyes.

Stereoscopic image projection device and stereoscopic display glasses

A light source system including: a light source device emitting excitation light; an light output device receiving the excitation light and converting it into converted light, wherein the light output device includes at least two different wavelength conversion materials, the converted light of at least one wavelength conversion material being a multi-color light; a light splitting and combining device splitting the multi-color light into a first and a second color light propagating respectively along a first and a second optical channel, wherein the first and second color lights have different wave spectrum coverage ranges; and a first and a second light modulation device respectively modulating the light propagating over the first and second optical channels, wherein the light of three primary colours can be allocated to two DMDs for processing. This results in improved colour gamut of the light source and the light efficiency and reliability of the system.

Light source system, and projection system and method

A projection system includes a light source system that has a first light source for emitting first light, and a rotating color wheel that has at least a first fluorescent color band to absorb the first light and generate second light, and a second fluorescent color band to absorb the first light and generate compensation light. A light splitting device sequentially splits the first and second lights into light travelling along first and second light paths respectively. A first light modulation device modulates the light travelling along the first light path, and a second light modulation device for modulating the light travelling along the second light path. The first light is a primary light, the second light is a wide-spectrum light comprising at least two kinds of primary light, and a combined light of the first light and the second light comprises light of three primary colors.

Projection system

A projection system and a control method therefor. The projection system includes: a light source assembly generating three primary color lights capable of being adjusted separately, and a light modulation assembly for modulating the three primary color lights. The method includes: based on the maximum greyscale value of each primary color image in each frame of source images, determining a greyscale adjustment ratio of at least one primary color image; based on the greyscale adjustment ratio, correspondingly adjusting the greyscale value of the primary color image; and based on the adjusted greyscale value of each primary color image and the output power of a primary color light corresponding to the primary color image, controlling the power-on duration of the light modulation assembly, so that the greyscale brightness of each primary color image of display images formed by the light modulation assembly is improved in the same proportion.

Projection system and control method therefor

A light emitting device includes a light source module comprising an excitation light source for emitting exciting light and a compensation light source for emitting compensation light; and a color wheel component, comprising at least one segmented region distributed in a motion direction of the color wheel component. The color wheel component emits the compensation light and first light that comprises at least one beam of excited light under irradiation of the excitation light source and the compensation light source. The compensation light spectrally overlaps the at least one beam of excited light in the first light, and the compensation light and the excited light spectrally overlapping the compensation light are simultaneously emitted and are independently adjustable. A projection system comprising a light emitting device is further provided.

Light-emitting device and projection system

A projection system includes a light source system for generating a first light beam in a first timing sequence and for generating a second light beam in a second timing sequence, the first light beam comprising a first light and a first compensation light, and the second light beam comprising a second light or comprising the second light and a first compensation light. A light splitting device sequentially divides the first light beam and the second light beam into a light transmitting along a first light path and a light transmitting along a second light path. A first light modulating device modulates the light travelling along the first light path, and a second light modulating device modulates the light travelling along the second light path. The first light or the second light is compensated by the first compensation light to have a wider color gamut of a synthesized color image.

A light source system includes an excitation light source emitting excitation light in at least first and second time intervals; a compensation light source emitting compensation light in at least third time intervals, the compensation light including laser light of at least one color; and a rotating color wheel, including at least first and second regions, the first region generating light of at least two different colors in time sequence under irradiation of the excitation light in the first and second time sequences, and the second region transmitting the compensation light in at least the third time sequence. The light of the at least two different colors includes at least one type of wide-spectrum fluorescence, and the laser compensates for the fluorescence or light split from the fluorescence. The compensation light is directly transmitted without being irradiated upon fluorescent powder, so scattering loss of the compensation light is reduced.

A light source system and a projection system, comprising a light source; a switching system switching light emitted by the light source into at least two light beams having a preset proportion in the manner of time division or light intensity division; a color wheel assembly located in a transmission light path of each light beam of the at least two light beams, with the color wheel assembly generating light having different colors and a preset proportion under the irradiation of each light beam of the at least two light beams, and light of different colors being able to synthesize a projection image after being modulated by a light modulation system, wherein the switching system can adjust the proportion of the at least two light beams according to the parameters of the projection image, so as to adjust the proportion of the light of different colors.

The projection system comprises the light source system. The light source system and projection system have high brightness and wide color gamut, effectively eliminating rainbow effect, and also have a simple structure and low cost.

A light source system and a projection display device comprising the light source system. The light source system comprises at least three light sources () used for generating at least two wide-spectrum light beams, a light splitting and combining device (), and at least two spatial light modulators, i.e. a first spatial light modulator () and a second spatial light modulator (), wherein a first wide-spectrum light beam and a second wide-spectrum light beam generate light with two colors and at least four primary wavelengths after being split by the light splitting and combining device (), thereby expanding the color gamut range and improving the quality of image display. Light source system and projection display device

The present patent application relates to a polarization interference optical interleaver, which includes a first port to transmit the first optical signal through the first optical path, a second port to transmit the second optical signal and a third port to transmit the third optical signal. The first optical signal passes through the first optical path and splits into the second optical signal and the third optical signal by the first and the second light splitting/combining crystals and the interference crystal group. The interference crystal group is located between the first and the second light splitting/combining crystals. The second optical signal and the third optical signal are received and reflected by a reflecting mirror. Then the second optical signal and the third optical signal output through the second port and the third port respectively. The second optical signal reflected by the reflecting mirror transmits along the first optical path of the first optical signal and passes through the interference crystal group, then walks off the first optical path by light walk-off device and outputs through the second port. The third optical signal reflected by the reflecting mirror transmits along the second optical path and passes through the interference crystal group, then outputs through the third port. There are only four beams in the interference crystal group of the present patent application. So the volume of the interference crystal group is minimized and the cost is reduced.

The present patent application provides an interference cavity for precisely controlling an optical path including a cavity formed by two equal distance arms, wherein a positive adjusting plate and a negative adjusting plate are disposed in the interference cavity for compensating the change of a cavity length with temperature and thereby ensuring that the interference cavity length is a constant. The present patent application utilizes the matching relationship between the change of the refractive index of the positive adjustment plate with the temperature and the change of the refractive index of the negative adjusting plates with the temperature to make the optical path difference OPL invariant with changes in the environment temperature and thereby to ensure the precision of the optical path.
