A magnetic component includes two covers, two magnetic columns between the two covers, a winding frame and windings. Each of the magnetic columns includes at least three magnetic blocks. Spacers are arranged between two adjacent magnetic blocks and/or between the magnetic block and the cover. The spacers form air gaps of a magnetic circuit of the magnetic component. The winding frame includes two extension parts and base arranged at ends of the two extension parts. A limiting part is provided on the base. The windings are arranged around the extension parts, each of the windings includes a winding wire and at least one lead terminal at an end of the winding wire. The winding wire of the winding is a flat wire, and a winding mode of the flat wire around the extension part is a vertical winding; the at least one lead terminal is limited by the limiting part.

The application provides an integrated inductor and a power module. The integrated inductor includes a magnetic core, comprising: two winding columns disposed in parallel, each provided with an air gap; a first cover plate disposed under the two winding columns; a second cover plate disposed above the two winding columns, and opposite to the first cover plate; and a common column connected between the first and second cover plates, and disposed on one or both sides of the two winding columns; and two windings are respectively wound on the two winding columns, wherein a line frequency current component of a current flowing through each of the two windings surrounds the winding columns in the same direction, a phase of high-frequency current component of the current flowing through each of the two windings differs by 180°, and a coupling coefficient between the two windings is less than 0.1.

Integrated inductor and power module

The disclosure provides a magnetic assembly and a power supply apparatus. The magnetic assembly of the present disclosure includes: a first magnetic core, a plurality of windings, a housing and a second magnetic core, where the first magnetic core has a winding area, and the plurality of windings are wound with an interval on the winding area of the first magnetic core; the housing has an accommodating cavity, and at least part of the plurality of windings is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, and the second magnetic core is arranged between a cavity wall of the accommodating cavity and the plurality of windings. According to the present disclosure, parasitic parameters such as leakage inductance of the magnetic assembly are relatively stable, and the power supply efficiency is improved and higher.

Magnetic assembly and power supply apparatus

An integrated inductor and a power conversion module including the integrated inductor are provided. The integrated inductor includes a magnetic core, the magnetic core including two cover plates, two side columns and two central columns between the two side columns, and two windings wound around the two central columns respectively, forming two inductors. Each operating current flowing through the two windings includes a corresponding high-frequency current component, a phase difference between the high-frequency current components of the operating currents flowing through the two windings is 180 degrees.

Integrated inductor and a power conversion module including the integrated inductor

Present disclosure provides a winding assembly and a magnetic element. The winding assembly includes a circuit board with a central hole and a first winding wound around the central hole in the circuit board; the first winding includes N turns of coil on at least two wiring layers; a second end of at least one turn of coil on a first wiring layers is connected to a first end of next turn of coil at corresponding position on a second wiring layer of the circuit board. The magnetic element includes a magnetic core and a winding assembly sleeved on a magnetic leg.

Winding assembly and magnetic element

An integrated magnetic element includes an accommodating part; a current sensor disposed on the accommodating part; and a transformer disposed on the accommodating part. The transformer includes a magnetic core, a first winding including a plurality of wires, and a second winding, wherein some of the plurality of wires passes through the current sensor to shunt and detect current flowing through the first winding, and current values of the wires are detected by the current sensor to obtain a total current value of the first winding of the transformer according to a shunt ratio by the winding construction of the preset transformer.

A multi-coil inductor includes a plurality of stacked inductor units. Each of the inductor units comprises: a magnetic core in which a magnetic path is formed; and a plurality of coils which are wound around the magnetic core to form at least one winding pair. Wherein a part of the magnetic path between the adjacent inductor units is shared. In the present invention, the leakage inductance is controlled and the may be magnetic saturation of magnetic core avoided by adjusting series and parallel connections among the coils.

Multi-coil inductor

The present disclosure provides a three-phase inductor and a power module. A current flowing through each inductor of the three-phase inductor comprises a power-frequency current component and a high-frequency current component. The three-phase inductor includes a magnetic core and a winding. The magnetic core includes a first cover plate, a second cover plate and a magnetic pillar unit; the winding wound on the first magnetic pillar and the second magnetic pillar of the corresponding magnetic pillar unit, and a current flowing through the winding surrounds said first magnetic pillar and said second magnetic pillar in an opposite direction.

Three-phase inductor and power module

The present disclosure provides a magnetic component and a power module, relating to the technical field of power electronics; the magnetic component provided by the present disclosure includes: a first heat sink, a magnetic core extending in a transverse direction and a winding structure wound on the magnetic core, the winding structure includes at least a first coil and a second coil arranged adjacently along the transverse direction, a gap is provided between the first coil and the second coil, at least part of the first heat sink is arranged in the gap, the first heat sink is in thermal contact with the first coil, the second coil and the magnetic core.

A bidirectional isolated resonant converter includes a first side circuit, a second side circuit, and a resonant tank circuit. The resonant tank circuit includes a first resonant capacitor, a resonant inductor, an isolated transformer and a second capacitor. The first resonant capacitor, the resonant inductor and a first side winding of the isolated transformer are connected in series. A second side winding of the isolated transformer and the second capacitor are connected in series. The resonant inductor and the isolated transformer are integrated into an integrated magnetic component, wherein a magnetic core of the integrated magnetic component includes an inductor magnetic core portion on which an inductor winding is wound, a transformer magnetic core portion on which the first side winding and the second side winding are wound, and a common magnetic core portion shared by the resonant inductor and the isolated transformer to form closed magnetic paths, respectively.
