The system comprises a measuring passage, a variable pressure chamber, and a piston, an initial end of the measuring passage being in communication with the upper part of the variable pressure chamber; the piston reciprocates in the variable pressure chamber to cause a change between positive pressure and negative pressure in the variable pressure chamber; the initial positioning system further comprises a pressure relief port located on the wall of the variable pressure chamber and capable of communicating with the outside of the variable pressure chamber; when the piston is located at the pressure relief port, and the inside and outside of the variable pressure chamber are in communication, the maximum volume of the liquid that can be accommodated in the variable pressure chamber is not smaller than one third of the total volume of the variable pressure chamber.

Initial positioning system and method for liquid measuring and removing

A tool, container and method for extracting a liquid; the tool for extracting a liquid comprises: a pressure-changing means, a liquid-reservoir space, a liquid-drawing channel and an outflow channel; the pressure-changing means comprises a cylinder and a piston capable of moving back and forth in the cylinder; the back-and-forth movement of the piston causes positive and negative pressure changes in the cylinder; a start end of the liquid-reservoir space is in communication with the inside of the cylinder; a temporary liquid-storage groove or an opening is provided on a wall of the cylinder at a horizontal position below a port of the start end of the liquid-reservoir space; the volume of the maximum sealing portion of the cylinder is greater than the volume of the liquid-reservoir space; the liquid-drawing channel communicates with the liquid-reservoir space; the outflow channel communicates with a tail end of the liquid-reservoir space.

Tool, container and method for extracting liquid

Provided is a container, which comprises a container body and a cover and further comprises a variable-pressure component, a metering channel, a liquid extraction channel and an outflow channel. The head of the metering channel is in communication with the variable-pressure component, and the tail thereof is in communication with the outflow channel and the liquid extraction channel. A valve, which is opened when the variable-pressure component is pressurized and is closed when the variable-pressure component is depressurized, is provided between the metering channel and the outflow channel. A valve, which is opened when the variable-pressure component is depressurized and is closed when the variable-pressure component is pressurized, is provided between the metering channel and the liquid extraction channel or within the liquid extraction channel. The metering channel, the liquid extraction channel and the outflow channel are fixed to the cover.

Container and cover

Provided is a self-metering container, an initial positioning device thereof and an initial positioning method. The container comprises a container body, a variable pressure component, a metering channel and an outflow channel. When the variable pressure component is depressurized, contents in the container body enter the metering channel; and when the variable pressure component is pressurized, the contents in the metering channel flow outwards via the outflow channel. The container further comprises an initial positioning device. The initial positioning device comprises a backflow cavity, a backflow channel and a component capable of closing the backflow channel. The backflow cavity is in communication with the variable pressure component and the initial end of the metering channel. The initial end of the metering channel is higher than the bottom of the backflow cavity. The backflow channel is in communication with the bottom of the backflow cavity and the container body.

Initial positioning device, container and method

A container and method for taking out contained product. The container comprises a container body, a pressure transfer channel, a control valve, a liquid taking channel and an outflow channel, the control valve contains a moving part. The moving part is at different positions along with variation of pressure applied to a variable pressure part, and connection and disconnection of the channels which between the pressure transfer channel and the outflow channel and between the liquid taking channel and the pressure transfer channel are determined by three positions of the moving part. The container can quantitatively take out contained product, is simple in structure and avoid the product to be oxidized or polluted.

Container, containing device and method for taking out contained product

A container used in daily life comprises a container main body, and a pressure channel composed of a pressure transmission channel, a removal channel and an outflow channel connected in series. The pressure channel, attached to a wall of the container main body, has one end in communication with the removal channel and the other end connectable to a pressurizing component provided externally. The pressure transmission channel transmits pressure exerted on the inside of the pressure transmission channel by the pressurizing component provided externally, via a pressure transmission medium inside the channel. A wall of the removal channel is provided with a one-way valve allowing the contents to flow into the pressure channel. The one-way valve opens at the bottom on the inside of the container main body. The outflow channel is used for flowing out the contents from the container and preventing the contents flowing back.

A daily apparatus for removing a content from a container, a container having a structure of the daily apparatus and a removing method thereof are provided. The apparatus comprises a pressurizing part, a pressure transmitting channel, an outflow channel, and a content-removing part; an inside of the content-removing part and/or the pressure transmitting channel is provided with a piston, the pressure transmitting medium is on a side of the piston, and the content is on the other side; the content-removing part is provided with an opening connected to the content in the container, the opening can be opened or closed by a mobile device; when the pressurizing part is applying a pressure, the opening is closed, the content in the content-removing part flows out; and after the pressure ceases being applied, the pressure transmitting medium flows back, the content in the container enters the content-removing part.

Daily apparatus, container, removing method thereof and application thereof

A container capable of dispensing a quantity of contents less than or equal to a set value. The container includes a main body portion, a pressurizing portion and an outflow channel, wherein the main body portion includes a space for holding the contents and a space for gas, the pressurizing portion increases the gas pressure in the space for gas, and the outflow channel communicates with the space for holding the contents to allow the outflow of the contents; it also includes a moving component in the outflow channel movable with the contents to be taken out, and a gas channel outlet moving with said moving component; on the movement track of the gas channel outlet there is an opening communicating with ambient air and in communication with the gas channel outlet; the other end of the gas channel opens in the space for gas in the main body portion.
