The present disclosure provides a display panel and a display device. A touch layer of the display panel includes: a capacitive touch part including first capacitive touch channels and second capacitive touch channels which are arranged in a cross manner, and an electromagnetic touch part including first electromagnetic touch channels and second electromagnetic touch channels which are arranged in a cross manner. The first capacitive touch channels are insulated between two adjacent first electromagnetic touch channels, and each of the second capacitive touch channels is disposed between and insulated from two adjacent second electromagnetic touch channels.

Wires in an infrared light-transmitting region of the present application are located outside an opening region, thereby improving light transmittance of the opening region and improving infrared communication performance of the display panel.
