A magnetic component includes a magnetic core and a first winding module. The magnetic core has two opposite openings and at least one magnetic column. The first winding module has a plurality of annular metal plates disposed around the at least one magnetic column. Each of the annular metal plates has an electrical connection end, an annular portion and a heat-dissipating end. The electrical connection end and the heat-dissipation end are located at the two opposite openings of the magnetic core respectively. A thermal-dissipating area of the heat-dissipating end is greater than a cross-sectional area of a connection portion between the heat-dissipating end and the annular portion.

Magnetic component

A transformer includes two first cores, a primary winding and a secondary winding. The secondary winding has a first section and a second section. The first section has a first outlet end, a second outlet end, and a first connection end, wherein the first outlet end and the second outlet end are located at a side of the first section, the first connection end is located at an opposite side of the first section. The second section has a third outlet end, a fourth outlet end, and a second connection end. The third outlet end and the fourth outlet end are located at a side of the second section, and the second connection end is located at an opposite side of the second section. A portion of the primary winding is located between the first section and the second section of the secondary winding.

Transformer and power supply module with high thermal efficiency

A magnetic device includes a housing, a bobbin, a coil, and a magnetic core. The housing has a side plate and a bottom plate. The side plate stands on the bottom plate and forms a space with the bottom plate. The bobbin is at least partially located in the space. The bobbin has a cylinder. The coil is wound around the cylinder. The coil has a portion facing the bottom plate. The magnetic core includes a center column, a side column, and a connecting portion. The center column is located in the cylinder. The side column is located outside the coil and away from the bottom plate, such that the coil is located between the side column and the bottom plate. The connecting portion connects the center column and the side column.

Magnetic device

An integrated magnetic component includes a magnetic core and a plurality of windings. The magnetic core includes at least four magnetic columns. The windings include a primary winding, a first secondary winding, a second secondary winding, and an inductor winding. The primary winding, the first secondary winding and the second secondary winding are wound on one of the magnetic columns. The inductor winding is wound on another magnetic column, and the inductor winding is coupled to the connection where the first secondary winding and the second secondary winding couple to each other. By integrating a transformer and a filter inductor into the integrated magnetic component, the number of the magnetic components, the overall volume, and the weight may be reduced while the mechanical properties may be promoted and the loss of the component connections may be reduced.

Integrated magnetic component and converter using the same

A transformer includes a magnetic element, a first winding, a second winding and a shield. The first winding is wound outside the magnetic element, the second winding is wound outside the first winding, and the shield is disposed between the first winding and the second winding.
