A main object of the present invention is to provide an anode current collector that is capable of inhibiting the reaction with liquid electrolyte. The present invention achieves the object by providing an anode current collector to be used for a fluoride ion battery; and the anode current collector being a simple substance of Fe, Mg, or Ti, or an alloy containing one or more of these metal elements.

An object of the present disclosure is to provide a liquid electrolyte for a fluoride ion battery in which decomposition of a solvent is restrained. An object of the present disclosure is to provide a secondary battery system that functions at high voltage. The present disclosure attains the object by providing a secondary battery system comprising: a hybrid ion battery provided with a cathode active material layer having a cathode active material that contains a metal element capable of taking two kinds or more of a positive valence, an anode active material layer having an anode active material that contains a metal element capable of taking a valence of +2 or more, and an electrolyte layer containing an alkali metal ion and fluoride anion, and formed between the cathode active material layer and the anode active material layer; and a controlling portion that controls charging and discharging of the hybrid ion battery; wherein the controlling portion controls discharging so that a potential of the cathode active material includes a potential range higher than 0.23 V (vs. SHE).

The object of the present invention is to provide an electrolyte for a fluoride ion battery with high activity for fluoridating an active material. The present invention solves the problem by providing an electrolyte for a fluoride ion battery comprising a fluoride complex salt as at least one of LiPFand LiBF, and an organic solvent; and B/A is 0.125 or more in the case where a substance amount of the organic solvent is regarded as A (mol) and a substance amount of the fluoride complex salt is regarded as B (mol).

The problem to be solved is to provide a liquid electrolyte for a fluoride ion battery which allows a larger capacity of the battery. Solving the problem by providing a liquid electrolyte for a fluoride ion battery including a fluoride salt and a solvent to dissolve the fluoride salt, characterized in that the solvent is an aromatic material having an aromatic cation and an anion, and a molar ratio of the aromatic cation to a fluoride ion is more than 1.

The present disclosure attains the object by providing an anode layer to be used for a fluoride ion battery, the anode layer comprising an anode active material and a non-fluorine-based binder having aromaticity.

A problem of the present invention is to provide a liquid electrolyte for a fluoride ion battery, in which fluoride anion conductivity is imparted to an ionic liquid containing fluoride complex anions. The present invention solves the problem by providing a liquid electrolyte for a fluoride ion battery, which comprises an ionic liquid containing specific fluoride complex anions and an anion acceptor having a specific acceptor number.

A secondary battery in which the difference between the voltage at the time of discharging and the voltage at the time of charging is small, ensuring good energy efficiency, and the charge/discharge life is long. Therefore, in order to attain the above-described object, a secondary battery containing a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolytic solution, wherein at least one of the positive electrode and the negative electrode contains, as the active material, at least one selected from the group consisting of a metal ion-containing fluoride, a metal oxide, a metal sulfide, a metal nitride, and a metal phosphide; the electrolytic solution contains an anion receptor; and the anion receptor forms a salt or a complex with an anion contained in the active material, thereby enabling the active material to dissolve in the electrolytic solution.
