This disclosure provides a monitoring apparatus and a statistical display method for physiological parameter(s) thereof. The method may include receiving statistical setting information including a time range, a time interval, a classification rule, and a target parameter, and the classification rule may define one or more types of the target parameter; obtaining N group of target parameter result corresponding to N time interval from a result of historical physiological parameter, where the N time interval is included in the time range, and the N group of target parameter result may be a physiological parameter result corresponding to the target parameter in the result of historical physiological parameter; counting the number of each type of the target parameter in the N group of target parameter result according to the classification rule, and obtaining N group of statistical result corresponding to the N time interval for each target parameter.

Disclosed are a method for processing alarms of multiple devices and a central display device. An association between the multiple devices in terms of alarm causes is determined; and when there is an association between at least two different devices in terms of alarm causes, alarms generated by the at least two different devices is optimized. By means of a root cause analysis on alarms generated by devices, levels of alarms are lowered, and medical care personnel can more easily view and target higher-level alarm that requires more attention, so that trouble of the medical care personnel is reduced.

A method for analyzing arrhythmia in real time and an electrocardiogram monitoring device is disclosed. The method for analyzing arrhythmia in real time includes: acquiring a QRS template set currently used for arrhythmia analysis; determining whether each QRS template in the QRS template set is reliable; displaying information of a QRS template when the QRS template set contains an unreliable QRS template; determining the QRS template set according to an operation performed by a user on the information of the QRS template; and acquiring real-time electrocardiogram data, performing arrhythmia analysis on the real-time electrocardiogram data by using a determined QRS template set, and outputting an arrhythmia analysis result of the real-time electrocardiogram data in real time. The method for analyzing arrhythmia in real time may achieve the correction of a template of a special waveform by means of editing a currently created QRS template. When the same type of waveform is analyzed again, a correct arrhythmia analysis result may be provided, which may improve the accuracy of arrhythmia analysis and improve the quality of electrocardiogram monitoring.
