The composite film layer has a thickness changing along a first direction. A difference in thickness between any two regions arranged along the first direction of the composite film layer is less than or equal to 350 nanometers. The enclosure has a spatially varying color corresponding to a wavelength between 400 nanometers and 760 nanometers.

A pixel scan drive circuit including a switch unit, a pull-up output unit and a pull-down output unit is provided. In a scan signal output phase of a scanning cycle, the pull-down output unit outputs a first reference voltage in a scan signal to an output end according to a clock signal. In a maintenance phase of the scanning cycle, the switch unit controls the voltage of a pull-down node according to a switch control signal, thereby controlling the pull-down output unit to stop outputting the first reference voltage. In the maintenance phase, the pull-up output unit outputs a second reference voltage in the scan signal. The second reference voltage controls the pixel units to stop receiving the image data. Transistors in the switch unit are of different types from transistors in the pull-up output unit and the pull-down output unit. An array substrate and a display terminal are provided.

A pixel circuit driving method is disclosed. The method including: a plurality of rows of pixel circuits are provided, each row of the pixel circuit includes a switch module, a driving module, a compensation module, an organic light emitting diode, a first scanning line, a second scanning line, and a data compensation line. The switch module is turned on to activate the driving module. The compensation module is turned off to enable a data terminal to output a data signal which is transmitted to the organic light emitting diode. The organic light emitting diode being activated, the compensation module being turned on via the second scanning line, and the switch module being turned off, thus to perform compensation detection on the organic light emitting diode. A compensation signal is outputted and transmitted to the organic light emitting diode for performing compensation after detection.

Provided are a gate driver on array (GOA) circuit, an array substrate, and a display device. The GOA circuit provides a scanning pulse signal to a pixel matrix and includes cascaded GOA units. The GOA unit includes first and second enable input terminals, first and second output terminals, and a first node. The first output terminal of an N&#x2212;2-level GOA unit is connected to the first enable input terminal of an N-level GOA unit, and the second output terminal of the N&#x2212;2-level GOA unit is connected to the second enable input terminal of an N&#x2212;1-level GOA unit, N being greater than 2. The second output terminal outputs a scanning pulse signal to the pixel matrix. The GOA unit further includes a pull-up unit connected to the second enable input terminal and the first node to charge the first node to a first given voltage.
