A micro pick-up array used to pick up a micro device is provided. The micro pick-up array includes a substrate, a pick-up structure, and a soft polymer layer. The pick-up structure is located on the substrate. The pick-up structure includes a cured photo sensitive material. The soft polymer layer covers the pick-up structure. A manufacturing method of a micro pick-up array is also provided.

Micro pick up array and manufacturing method thereof

A pixel structure includes a substrate, an active device layer, a first insulating layer disposed on the active device layer, a first light emitting element and a second light emitting element disposed on the first insulating layer, a plurality of first signal lines disposed on the first insulating layer, and a plurality of second signal lines. The first signal lines are electrically connected to the active device layer, and the first signal lines are electrically insulated from the first light emitting element. The second signal lines are electrically connected to the first signal lines and the second light emitting element. The second light emitting element overlaps with a portion of the first light emitting element in a first direction. Electrodes of the first light emitting element and electrodes of the second light emitting element are disposed facing the first direction. A repairing method of the pixel structure is also provided.

Pixel structure and repairing method thereof

A thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate with few processing steps and simple structure is provided, wherein merely two patterned metal layers are required and a patterned planarization layer is adopted to separate the two patterned metal layers from each other and thereby reduce power loading. In addition, the patterned planarization layer has slots to form height differences so as to separate scan lines from common electrodes to further reduce the power loading.

Thin film transistor array substrate and manufacturing method thereof

An OCB mode liquid crystal display panel having a plurality of pixel regions includes a first substrate, a second substrate, dot liquid crystal polymer patterns and an OCB liquid crystal material. The first substrate has a first alignment treated layer thereon, the second substrate has a second alignment treated layer thereon, and the dot liquid crystal polymer patterns are on the first alignment treated layer and the second alignment treated layer. Each of the dot liquid crystal polymer patterns has an area between 1&#x2dc;225 &#x3bc;m. The second substrate is opposite to the first substrate, and the OCB liquid crystal material is between the first substrate and the second substrate.

Optically compensated birefringence mode liquid crystal display panel

A method for fabricating a display substrate is provided. A substrate is provided first. After that, an alignment film coating and an alignment treatment are performed to the substrate, and a layer of photoreactive monomer material is coated on the surface of the substrate after the alignment treatment. Thereafter, the layer of photoreactive monomer material is selectively irradiated by UV light in an exposed region, and the layer of photoreactive monomer material in an unexposed region is removed for liquid crystal molecules to have different pretilt angles in the exposed region and the unexposed region.
