The present invention relates to a device for wetting or lubricating a rail head (). The device has at least one outlet () for a wetting agent and/or lubricant. To ensure that the noise generated by a track-bound vehicle is reduced safely and regardless of the weather, a rail head-side end portion () of the at least one outlet () is movably mounted between a position at a remote distance from the rail head () and a position in closer proximity to the rail head.

Device for wetting or lubricating a rail head

The invention relates to a bearing arrangement with an outer ring and an inner ring that can rotate relative to one another, and rolling bodies, especially balls, which are located between the outer ring and the inner ring. The invention also relates to an infeed distributor and a suction exhaust device for incorporation in such a bearing arrangement.

The invention relates to a device for supplying lubricant, particularly for dosing lubricant to lubrication points () in a roller assembly or the like. The invention further relates to a bearing assembly which is inserted, for example, in a roller assembly, and which has at least one such device for supplying lubricant. The device is equipped with a conduit () via which a lubricant source is connected to multiple lubrication points (), wherein at least one injector () designed as a metering valve is provided in the conduit as a cartridge insert for releasing a defined amount of lubricant in a cycle of pressure application and pressure release of the supplied lubricant. A connecting channel is assigned to the injector () in such a manner that lubricant is fed from the lubricant source, past the injector (), in the direction of a lubrication point () lying downstream.

Device for supplying lubricant and bearing assembly therewith

The invention relates to a feed pump for supplying lubricant to at least one lubricating point, with at least one driving module and at least one pump module. Each driving module and each pump module is selected from a modular system which comprises a plurality of driving modules and/or a plurality of pump modules which each have at least one connecting region. In this case, the connecting regions are matched to one another in such a manner that the at least one driving module can be exchanged for at least one further driving module and/or the at least one pump module can be exchanged for at least one further pump module.

Feed pump and modular pump system

The invention relates to a lubricant dispenser having a storage container, an outlet channel, and a pump element disposed between the storage container and outlet channel for conveying lubricant. A piston is sealed in a cylinder and is movable between two positions, of which, in a suction position, the cylinder is in a flow connection with the storage container. The cross-section area of the piston is smaller than the cross-section area of the storage container. The piston and the cylinder are adapted to one another such that, upon a movement of the piston into the suction position thereof, a negative pressure may be generated in the cylinder as compared to the pressure in the storage container for taking in or letting in lubricant from the storage container into the cylinder, and such that, upon a movement of the piston in the opposite direction out of the suction position in the cylinder, a positive pressure may be generated for conveying the lubricant out of the cylinder into the outlet channel.

Lubricant dispenser

A lubricant distributor comprising a progressive distributor and a single-line metering valve is disclosed. An outlet of the single-line metering valve is in fluidic connection, or can be brought into fluidic connection, with an inlet of the progressive distributor.

Lubricant distributor

The invention relates to a feeding lubricating device comprising a lubricant reservoir (), a lubricant pump () which is driven by a driving motor () and is provided with at least one pump element () for conveying lubricant to at least one lubrication point, especially at least one feeding distributor (), via a lubricant conduit (), a driving member such as a drive shaft, and optional means that are fitted with an eccentric attachment for generating at least one pump stroke of the at least one pump element (). A pressure relief unit () which can also be actuated via the driving member blocks a backflow pipe () located between the lubricant conduit () and the lubricant reservoir () in a pressure phase while unblocking the same in a subsequent relief phase.

Feeding lubricating device

The invention relates to a lubricant or hydraulic pump for delivering oil or the like having a housing which is formed from two housing shells which are of at least substantially similar or identical construction. An inlet is provided on or in the housing. Furthermore, a rotatably mounted drive element, which is configured, in particular, as a swash plate, and at least one pump element which interacts with the drive element to deliver oil or the like are arranged in the housing.

Lubricant or hydraulic pump

The invention relates to a lubricant distributor with a distributor plate () and one or more injectors () that can be connected to this plate and that are each formed from a housing () defining a longitudinal axis with an inlet () and an outlet () that connect to corresponding connections in the distributor plate, and also from a dosing and reversing unit that is formed in the housing, wherein the inlets and outlets are arranged on the side of the housing facing the distributor plate (FIG.).

Described is a lubricating device with at least one lubricating pinion for applying a lubricant, in particular grease, which is for example fed through a lubricant line by a lubricant pump from a reservoir, to at least one gearwheel or the like, wherein the lubricating pinion has an outer toothing into which at least one lubricant outlet opens out. The teeth of the outer toothing of the lubricating pinion have a shortened tooth flank profile in relation to an involute toothing, wherein the addendum and/or the width of the tooth flanks in the peripheral direction are reduced in a tooth flank section which is situated radially outside the reference circle.

The invention relates to a lubricating pinion, particularly for a lubricating device, for the application of a lubricant pumped, for example, through a lubricant pipeline by a lubricating pump from a reservoir onto at least one gear wheel or the like. The lubricant pinion has an external tooth system onto which at least one lubricant outlet discharges. The lubricant pinion is constructed from at least two lubricant pinion parts which can be connected to one another along a preferably radial parting plane. At least one lubricant channel, which can be connected to the at least one lubricant outlet, extends in the parting plane.

Lubricating pinion and lubricating device

A piston arrangement is disclosed for metering valves, flow-rate sensors or hydraulic motors. The piston arrangement comprises a housing, at least one recess in the housing, and a first piston sealed and movable in the at least one recess of the housing. A recess is provided in the first piston, and a flow passage extends through the first piston. A second piston is movable in the recess of the first piston. A sealing surface is provided on the second piston, and a valve seat is provided on the first piston against which the sealing surface on the second piston can be pressed in such a way that the second piston can be moved in the first piston between a position which opens the flow passage through the first piston and a position which shuts off the flow passage through the first piston.

Piston arrangement

The invention relates to a hydraulic device with a supply line for pressurized hydraulic fluid and with a lubricating pump that is connected to the supply line in a fluidic fashion. The lubricating pump comprises a hydraulic inlet, a pump element for conveying a lubricant from a reservoir to at least one lubricating point of the hydraulic device, and mechanism for producing a pump stroke of the pump element. The mechanism for producing a pump stroke comprises a base body, a piston unit movable in the base body, and a reversing mechanism for reversing the direction of movement of at least one element of the piston unit. The reversing mechanism comprises at least one bypass formed by at least one recess, and at least one elastic element acting upon the piston unit in a first direction oriented toward the hydraulic inlet whereby the piston unit can be displaced in the base body in an oscillating fashion between a closed position in which a fluid connection between the hydraulic inlet and the hydraulic outlet is blocked, and an open position in which said fluid connection is unblocked in order to produce a pump stroke of the pump element.

Hydraulic device with a lubricating pump

The invention relates to a lubricating device, particularly for use in an apparatus which is used to lubricate mobile lubrication points e.g. on a rotating belt or chain belt. A lubricant discharge body of a lubricating head, which when lubricant is conveyed by a feed pump into a dosing chamber which is separated from the lubricant discharge channel, is placed in a front standby position and, counter to the effect of a restoring force, is moved into a locking and lubricant release position wherein the link between the pump and the dosing chamber is blocked by a reversing piston and the dosing chamber is fluidically connected to the lubricant discharge channel and a predefined volume of lubricant can be pumped out of the dosing chamber into the lubricant discharge channel. The lubricant discharge body cooperates with a reversing piston in such a way that the feed pump is fluidic ally connected to the dosing chamber of a dosing piston/cylinder arrangement via an annular area of the reversing piston when the lubricant discharge body is located in a front standby position, and such that the dosing chamber is fluidically connected to the lubricant discharge channel via the angular area when the lubricant discharge body is placed in a retracted position in which the lubricant is released. The reversing piston blocks the fluidic connection between the feed pump and the dosing chamber such that the amount of lubricant provided for discharge can be pumped out of the dosing chamber in the direction of the annular area by a dosing piston which is impinged upon by the feed pump.

Lubricating device and lubrication apparatus comprising said device

A progressive distributor including three or more control pistons (SA to SD), each of which can be displaced in a respective housing bore (A to D) of a distributor housing (G). The pistons are pushed alternately into their two final positions in the corresponding housing bore (A to D) by a lubricant which is supplied under pressure via a housing inlet (E), whereby a specific quantity of the lubricant (VSA to VSD) is delivered by means of an outlet (Ato A) on a respective front face. The outlet leads from one of two annular grooves (R) of the housing bore (A to D) of the respective preceding control pistons (SA to SD). The control pistons (SA to SD) are controlled sequentially by the lubricant as a result of the two respective annular grooves (R) in such a way that the following control piston (SA to SD) can only be displaced by the lubricant if the piston displacement of the preceding control piston (SA to SD) has been fully or almost fully completed.
