A device for providing operating energy for an auxiliary drive for an electric vehicle. The device has a battery interface and an inverter, which is designed to convert, for a boost function, a direct voltage into an alternating voltage. The device also has a switch apparatus, which includes: —a switch terminal, which connects the switch apparatus to the inverter; —an auxiliary interface for connecting the device to the auxiliary drive; and —a charging interface for feeding electrical energy into the device. The switch apparatus is designed to connect the charging interface to the switch terminal and to the auxiliary interface by a switching signal.

A network of an electric vehicle has an energy supply interface, an inverter, an energization interface and a soft starter. The inverter has a first inverter connection configured to connect the inverter to the energy supply interface and a second inverter connection configured to connect the inverter to the energization interface and the soft starter. The inverter is configured to convert a DC voltage applied to the first inverter connection to an AC voltage and to supply same at the second inverter connection. The soft starter is configured to reduce an input voltage applied to the first soft starter connection and to supply the operating voltage, which is reduced compared to the input voltage, at the second soft starter connection.

An apparatus for increasing an input voltage for an electric vehicle has an energy supply interface to a vehicle battery, a DC-DC converter and an inverter. The DC-DC converter has a first connection for connection to the energy supply interface and a second connection for connection to the inverter. The DC-DC converter is designed to supply an output voltage at the second connection in response to an amplifier signal, the output voltage being increased with respect to an input voltage applied to the first connection. The inverter has an inverter connection for connecting the inverter to the second connection and has at least one energization interface for energizing at least one unit coupled to the energization interface, the inverter converts a DC voltage applied to the inverter connection to an AC voltage and to supply same to the energization interface.

A power distribution includes first and second inputs, first and second outputs, and a third output configured to connect to a low-voltage vehicle power supply, a high-voltage distributor is connected to the first input and forms the connection between the energy storage and further components of the power distribution. A controller monitors at least the high-voltage distributor and can control components of the power distribution. At least one inverter is arranged in the current path between the high-voltage distributor and at least one of the contacts for the first output, the second output or the second input, a first converter is arranged between the high-voltage distributor and the third output and converts a DC voltage provided by the high-voltage distributor to a lower DC voltage.
